As per usual, Applebees delivers consistently good food and service and atmosphere. They know their crowd. I will always love the throwback music they play. Each song is my jam.
The food was dry and the long wait for our dinners was over an hour. Will not eat here again. So disappointed in how dry the meat was. My sons Pene Pasta was also dry and had to ask for more sauce on the side so he could add more to it.
We ordered the grilled chicken oriental salad for takeoutafter waiting a long time on hold for a call center employee to take our order. The salads were ready in 15 minutes, but when we got back to our room, we discovered that they hadn’t been dressed. Without the tasty Asian-style dressing that has made this dish our go-to dinner when traveling in America, the salad was a dry, unappetizing mess. Ate a few bites of the cold chicken and that was it. My husband called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. After 10 minutes on hold, he hung up. Needless to say, we will never patronize Applebee’s anywhere again.
Our server was Maya and she's great. The food was typical Applebee's, good, filling and not too expensive. The fries were exceptional, thumbs up!I knocked off one star because the restaurant didn't have flatware available. We were told to ask our server, if we wanted to use a fork, once our orders arrived. Kind of strange, it wasn't all that busy..
Best service ever! April, the Manager, and Brandon, the server, were awesome. Stop in for a great experience! We will certainly be back!
Ordered curbside online around 5 on a Friday night. Food was ready when we arrived. Food was still hot when we got back to the hotel room. Order was correct, even with substitutions, and tasted great. Person who brought food to the car was nice. Overall great experience.
The waitress was horrible it took 30 minutes to get our food and then another 15 minutes after that to get our correct appetizer as I told her I wanted barbecue and she gave me spicy wingsmy husband had to ask for his own drink at the bar as she never gave him a refill..and she did not ask if everything was okay my husband did not get his vegetables and we asked for lightly cooked onion ringsshe brought dark onion rings.the frozen drink machine was down.so I had to pay more for the margarita.I ordered a Chinese chicken salad to go and I never got that, so she had to take it off the bill.not very happy!!the manager was amazongly nice but did not offer a discount to us
I ordered dinner to go. We eat here regularly so I usually trust the order. The caesar salad looked like it was thrown together in seconds; it had no croutons, no bread, and no dressing. Our fries were cold and hard. The fish dinner had no tartar sauce. We called to speak to a manager and were on hold for nearly thirty minutes. I hung up and called back and the phone was off the hook.I called the next morning and spoke to a manager, Louis, who had an authentic sense of customer service. He was professional and courteous. He listened and solved the issues as well as getting the whole story. The managers the night before were April and Daniel. It must be tough to come in for your shift and have to fix other peoples mistakes. Louis stated that he would refund the meal. Two weeks later the meal had still not been refunded.
I would rate it negative stars if I could! Horrible service cold food. Watched the waiter pick up food from one table after they had touched it and delivered to another table! Asked for the manager and after waiting for 30 minutes for someone to "find" her went and found her ourselves. Can't really say that anything was good about this meal. Definitely will not go to that location again!
Ask for Brandon! He is awesome! Two of us tried the southwest chicken bowels and they were delicious. Service was also good. Highly recommend.
