Waiter brought food, never came back to check up on us. Had to go find him to get drink refills. Won't go back.
bathroom was so dirty totally turned me right out the door. i mean the cooks use the same bathroom . left in the middle of meal ... nah peeps.... omg thinking about it gross
Food and drinks were good. service is screwed up!! Our waitress was literally serving a large area by herself while 4 others were standing around doing nothing, I asked for a drink refill and because the waitress was not in our area she would not help usThey need to learn what team means!!!
We had the best time, the service was outstanding, the food excellent, very relaxed atmosphere... Memorable experience.
Lauren was amazing, made sitting at the bar and waiting for our order pleasant. Drinks she made were great too.
Haven’t even picked up the food yet. I wanted to give 5 stars for a couple (important reasons). One: the lady who took my order over the phone was exceptional in character and pleasant to speak with. Two: Applebee’s, although close to closing time allowed me to place an order for pickup! I’m not from here, got in town late, and my family is starving. I called 15 other restaurants here in Albuquerque and no one but Applebees would allow me to order.I started calling around 8:30pm, thinking an hour before closing would suffice. I was wrong.
We got lost lost in the shuffle and did not get waited on for quite some time. We could not get anyone's attention. When we finally received service, the server was nice, we got our food relatively quickly, and it was very tasty. However, prices have risen drastically since before the pandemic.
Food is always great and servers do more then their job of hospitality...I recommend this restaurant to all..thank you!!

Absolutely gross , we waited 30 minutes for the appetizer the server did not bring us plates for it so 4 people just picking at a plate. When our entrees arrived I asked for a side of mayo and I got 2 little packs of mayo like I was at a picnic but I was charged 5 dollars for it. Not one time did our server bring a refill of drinks or ask if our food was ok. I will never done at Applebee's again it's definitely not Chile's quality that's for sure.
