It is amazing they have the best donuts Albuquerque I recommend them to everyone the other thing I love about them is their staff is amazing you can never go wrong with any choice of donuts that you get there

This was my first time here, and I'm impressed. The range of donut flavors is amazing, and the ones I got were delicious. The coffee was very good as well. I'll definitely be back!

I liked the donuts. They looked better than they tasted though. They were still good. It just felt they were missing something. Service was good and they were pretty affordable too. My favorite was the rocky road! I would highly recommend checking them out.

The donuts are always good and taste fresh and the service is friendly. However, the coffee doesn’t have much flavor and the shop is very dirty. The floors, every table and chair, the coffee station, and even the walls really need to be cleaned. This donut shop is so cute and fun. I hope they are able to care for it properly. I would be sad to see this place go.

I’m so disappointed in Amy’s as of late. When they first opened they were awesome…but things have slowly gone down hill. The last three times we’ve gone in, this is what we’ve gotten. Quality control is needed. I understand the world is recovering from the last two years, and I also understand lack of staff. But as mentioned many times in reviews, these donuts are pricey and you should get what you pay for. More attention to detail, and maybe more oversight by management would give customers a better overall experience.

The prices have gone up. The price of a 6 is now the price for 4. But still great donuts. It's a nice treat every once in a while.

The location on San Mateo was sooooo disgustingly dirty. Everything from the glass windows the donuts sit in, to the coffee counter and floors was dirty. Makes it hard to enjoy a donut when the place you’re getting it is covered in such filth. It’s a shame.

Tried another shop, they had no jelly filled at 10:30 am. I Googled donuts near me and Amy's came up. They had quite a selection. They put the Jelly in when you order and have several fillings to choose from. They have 3 different types of fritters. They even have Sesame Street donuts, I highly recommend this establishment.

Best donut selection ever. I love going here. Smells too good. A little expensive for donuts, but completely worth it. My favorite is the "heart attack" or "Elvis" which is a plain donut, with chocolate drizzle, Carmel drizzle, , nuts, bacon, ,n one has whipped marshmallow n the other has pl dried banana. Or something. The 2 are very similar. Small difference between the 2. But they have donuts with fruit ??, donuts that look like Elmo, and other kids characters, too many to describe everything they have. N the actual donut, under all the glam toppings, is the bestest softest fluffiest donut I have had from any place ever. Addicting, but I Would recommend.

Well, they're beautiful donuts but are literally the sweetest donuts I've ever had.If they weren't pre dipped in glaze before adding the icing it wouldn't make it so intense. The glaze wouldn't be bad if it didn't make the donuts saggy and a Lil soggy.Coffee was not good. The gas creamer and sugar available but you can only dr coffee so much.It was pricey for donuts no one could finish.I'm going to say that the layout and the options were both a fun experience and I like that they do your long John's with the filling of your choice in front of you. The store has great ideas just need work.
