Horrible customer service, event went horribly wrong. Mr Bustos was very rude and disrespectful when asked for a few simple requests. Take your business else where.
Stayed here for location. Room was clean and comfortable as expected. However, the food at the restaurant was horrible. The cheese on the burrito was literally a “slice” of cheese. The fish and chips was more batter than fish and way over cooked. The meat in the taco was so tough it was inedible. I highly recommend leaving the hotel for food! Do not eat here.
I gave the one star rating for the nice paint job on the outside of the building. The inside atrium in nice as well, but that's where it ends.* The room was very dated.*No microwave.*The coffee maker produced a bug or small clump of dirt.* The pillows were awful.* the bed was lumpy.*The shower had mildew stains* the towels had a musty odor.* When I checked in I heard the clerk tell the people in front of me there was a $10 to park. She told me no such thing but gave me a parking ticket to display and I spoke to a $10 charge on my printed bill that was slid under the door.Not a good experience for a Marriott property. I'd suggest going to another town.
The price was steep for the quality of the room. With the prices they are charging you would think they would upgrade the facility. The rooms gave off 80s/90s vibes with popcorn ceilings, old bathtubs, and 7ft ceilings. Room was clean and the staff were great. It just felt like I was at my grandmas house and for the price I would expect something a little more updated. I marked a 3 star rating due to great staff, cleanliness and location. I docked 2 stars for outdated facility/rooms and price. The photographer who took these pictures on their website deserves a raise because of the quality and angles of the pictures (fooled me!).

We stayed for one night and we loved it. The room was comfortable and suited our family of 5. Breakfast was great and we loved the selection. The common area is very welcoming and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed the pool just said it was a little cold. A hot tub would've been awesome. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area.
We love this hotel and stay every time we visit Albuquerque. We had a room with no AC and they happily moved and upgraded us, it was a smooth process so that was appreciated. The staff is professional and very kind and accommodating. It’s my understanding the hotel is severely understaffed based on their standard and the hotel was booked to capacity during our stay. You can feel that but everyone takes it in stride. Joe, the bartender was amazing and we hope y’all give him a raise! Thanks for a great experience.
We arrived at 10pm and were told our room was not ready. There was a full lobby of people waiting for a room. Once we got to our room there were no sheets on the pullout bed. The hotel was so overwhelmed that I had to go find a cart of clean sheets so that my kids could sleep.The room was old and smelled. We had one towel. Completely unacceptable Marriott. Do not book rooms if you can’t clean and stock them at an appropriate time!The staff did an amazing job maintaining their cool as customer after customer got upset with them.
A fantastic place to stay. The room and bed were extremely comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptional, the building is gorgeous, there's great food and stores nearby (I'm sure theirs is great too but I chose to eat out and explore the area) and this will be my first option the next time I stop in Albuquerque.
