Service was mediocre at best. I ordered a burger medium & got well done. In telling the waitress she took it back & returned 20 minutes later with another well done burger. It was dropped off & the waitress never came back until returning to drop off the check. The smell inside was disgusting & luckily outside was open. WHAT happened to this establishment? Used to be a favorite & now going back is doubtful.

Food was very appealing until uncertified animal was allowed in to set next to me and was surprised by this. When the pet hair from the adorable dog sniffing my legs flew into my food i was no longer hungry. If you have pets please bring all of them here when you want to dine out. There are no restrictions so please bring them. The staff are very nice and even brought the dog next to me a bowl of water and placed it on the floor all while attending to my request no hand washing needed. This place is awsome!
First time visiting this place, I ordered as takeout. I greatly appreciated they wrapped the toppings on the side (tomatoes lettuce pickles and onions) on the side so the bun did not get soggy. The flavor was amazing. We had ordered the 5 star, turkey, and bison burger. Everything was great! Will for sure be going back in the future
Very disappointing experience at 5 Star Burgers. When we arrived, it took the host nearly 5 minutes to find us a table, while we could see at least 5 open tables. When we were finally seated, we didn't see our server for nearly ten minutes. Neither he, nor the host offered us a booster seat for our toddler.The burgers tasted good, but the buns were soggy and my wife's burger completely broke apart as soon as she picked it up. We ordered the mixed cart of fries for $4.25 and it had fewer fries than our daughter's $4.00 kids meal. Very poor value.We were left waiting another 10 minutes after receiving the check for our server to come back and take our payment, but never even saw him in the dining room in that time. We had to flag down someone else to help us.The table next to us had a similar experience. They received their drinks, then the server disappeared on them.We won't be coming here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Embarrassingly poor service and disappointing food.

Burger tasted "good", but should have tasted "fantastic" for $10-13 price not included fries which were another $4.50 in the a la carte menu. A lot of emphasis was placed in the burger presentation. But it was one of those sloppy burgers that fell apart on the first bite, ands drips down your hand. Service was very slow. The waitress did not come around to refill our water glasses or even offer us a second beer. Beer selection was a great offering of local microbrews.

This place definitely serves high quality beef patties. The fries and onion rings are cooked to perfection. Only rings had the perfect crispness. The hamburgers were large portions and only con was that the green chile was very bland and not spicy. It needs actual mild/hot green chile to give it that extra kick. Environmental and staff are welcoming. Definitely recommend this place.
Very decent burger with great service. If you're hungry for a decent burger or even a good salad and you're nearby a five star absolutely swing by. Can you get a better Burger elsewhere? Sure but it may not be as consistent or convenient.
Five stars for 5 Star Burgers? You bet!The menu of burger choices is outstanding. And the execution is top notch. Order yours medium rare and it arrives... medium rare! What a concept! The bacon on the burgers is chopped and easy to eat, too.The onion rings are SOoo SPEcial. The fried green chile strips, are very tasty -- though ours were a bit heavy on the corn meal and time in the deep fryer.A tap list of local brews hits all the right notes. Sierra Blanca Alien Amber on tap! Sounds good to me.Your favorite gourmet burger is probably on the menu. If not, tell your server what you want and the kitchen will probably fix it up for you.There's a lot to love at 5 Star!
