I was craving wingstop and drove out of my way to this location. I usually love wingstop this has completely disgusted me. Everything is beyond salty basically inedible. Its ridiculous that what I paid for will be going into the trash because I can't even make myself eat any of it. The fries beyond salt I don't suffer from high blood pressure but without exaggeration I got a headache when I ate a couple pieces of chicken and a couple fries. The CORN!!! Don't even get me started on that. It looks like the corn wasn't allowed to fully grow they were pathetic.
The people here were super kind and attentive. We also got so much food worth the buck and it was delicious!I do recommend and the fries are amazing! I would rate them higher if I could.
Ordered online to pickup, I think right thing to do. Running under staffed, took almost 25min prepare basic food. You can try Atomic spice level that will burn your lips and face too...
Walk in. Wait at the front. No one helps. Then someone comes up and asks if I want to order? I say yes. They tell me I cant order at the register because no one is there too work and they already closed the register. I have to order online and wait It’s 450 pm not closing time.
First time trying it and will be my last.Super salty idk why ask them. Doesn't come with anything no celery no carrots no blue cheese. SERIOUSLY!! Won't be back to any of these franchises again.
Terrible customer service. I walked into the store to pick up my online order and was the only customer in the store. I waited and waited and no one would come to check if my order was done. I even waved at the workers to get their attention. They looked at me waving to them and they still chose to ignore me. So I decided to walk up to the finished orders and check the bags myself for my name. Once I did that, they finally acknowledged me by giving me an attitude and telling me I can’t do that. I explained to them how I have been waiting and no one is helping me and he said “well we were working on an order so you can’t do that.” Anyways my order was indeed sitting on the counter. Terrible customer service and very bad attitudes.
Trash. Wings and tenders are always fine. But THEM FRIES. Gotta get ya fry game up I don’t even get fries I get crunchy sticks it’s weird it’s either they soggy or burnt every single time I think wingstop need to stop with them fresh cutting they need pre cut fries. Wingstop way too overpriced for to not even get my moneys worth because your fries are terrible.
No sitting still not available .. 1st visit. Soggy French fries.. chicken wings too small & sauce flavor were dry.. Store signage, decor, interior attractive but quality of food does not match the outward image..
I realized that they gave me the wrong order when I was in the car after I Opened the bag, took out the fries, and opened the box. Then, I walked back the store and gave them back and let them know. They looked at the bag, then placed another sticker to the bag and wait to give to the “right” costumer….. like nothing happened…. Still waiting for my order tho… in the store…. Making sure my ordered is not a recycled one….
