There nothing like when I was growing up they were the best?but now they went down hill every time I go to the in Woodbridge mall they never have good pretzels no more the last I went they had burnt pretzels and they told me they were fresh and didn't want to make more so I hope the get it together because I really love there pretzels and don't want to go out of business.
Usually this is a great location but I am extremely disappointed in my visit today. When I showed up to the location, there was only two cups of pretzels in stock. The cashier did not even greet, me in a timely manner as he was on his cell phone and then rolled his eyes when I was trying to place my order. I understand people have their days, but this was not an experience I was hoping for.
The owner gave us cold and hard cinnamon bites lol… when we questioned him he placed the ones we just gave him back with the rest… like if this was not enough he took other bag and went to the back and heated them in a microwave comes back and tell me they’re fresh now…The audacity ??
I love the pretzels and the place but I feel they don’t always fill the bad up to the top all the time

Bought some cinnamon sugar bites today 9/5/20 around 6 pm. Hardly were they covered with sugar or cinnamon. Felt like eating warm bread bites. Not good.
Compared Wetzels Pretzels with Auntie Anne’s. I don’t even know why Auntie Anne’s still open. Auntie Anne’s has the worst customer service and over priced for nuggets. I paid the same price for double the fresh quantity at Wetzels Pretzels than Auntie Anne’s little cup of sugar nuggets. Never going Auntie Anne’s again! Loved the customer service at Wetzels and the owner is so nice, he even gave my baby a little free drink as he was crying. Awww!

I've been a loyal customer to this place and today was terrible customer service... I understand the wait for things to be cooked but my drink was right there and the employees kept walking by for about 7 minutes until I asked for my drink and they doubted if I paid for it... then the dog bites... they might as well have been sausages that had a slap on bread on it. Auntie Anne is getting my business back!
