Flavor and taste of their food was great, but unfortunately one person took the order and we went to pick up it was messed up , sizes were not accurate, a I think there was a missing item also.
Inside only open when they have enough employees. Drivethrouh moved fast. Food was hot and fresh. Great service over all.
A little difficult getting in & out of the parking lot. The food tastes like all other Wendy's. Prices have increased. Drive through line moved quickly & they got the order correct.
This location needs to learn customer service. The manager yelling today in her hoodie was so professional! Wendy's should do a better job on the hiring process and not hire anyone with a pulse. Won't be going there anymore when there are many others places to goto.
Don’t waste your time. You will get stuck in a long drive thru line. They will not let you inside to dine in or order. If you have 20 to 30 minutes to wait for your fast food. Have fun! Then if they mess up your order good luck
Although the food is great as always (I'd love to give a 5 star for food), I was heavily disappointed with the behavior of the Cashier: Malaysia and Host: Leida.I am forced to reduce my rating to 2 stars just for poor hospitality. The food is still great.
you arent going to find anything out of the ordinary but Ive had a few bad experiences with this location. Do not waste your time with ordering from the app while the indoor dining is closed. They still make you wait on the drive thru line. Often during the busiest times I see staff having a meeting while only one lane is open and the line is out to route 1.
Been here a handful of times since they opened at this location, at different times of the day/week. Every time it's the same thing no matter how long or quickly I'm served: Food is cold. I've never had this issue at any other Wendy's I've been to, which is really disappointing because I live so close. Not getting my money again
Horrible service !!! Was there earlier today, women taking orders & taking payment is miserable. Handed me the & immediately shuts the window. So I wait to ask her her ketchup & mayonnaise. Rolls hers eyes because she had to come over to the window . She only hands me mayonnaise and again shuts window & again rushed away without even letting me check or say a word . So I wait for her to walk over or atleast look back and she clearly sees me waiting still there’s no one behind us so it’s not like she’s preparing anyone else order . Makes eye contact with me then throws arms up in the air like she’s annoyed. She opens the window and I say sorry but I asked for ketchup also she was so bothered that she dropped some packets as she handed them to me with an attitude. Honestly if she wasn’t so miserable about having to be there and actually give me a minute to say thank you & check my bag I wouldn’t have bothered her twice when I clearly asked her politely the 1st time . I’m not one to give reviews but it’s not the first time I’ve had a bad experience there . If you don’t like interacting with people then maybe she shouldn’t be working there . No need to be nasty for absolutely no reason, there was no line so it’s not like she was overwhelmed. Wendy’s get your staff together!
Stopped by in the way home for a quick bite. The line and hence the wait was 20 minutes at best. The food was so so. Probably an off day.
