I’ve been Uber-eating from this store the past 5/6 days bc I’m pregnant and all I crave is the spicy potato soft tacos lol (this is cicii) you guys are excellent and it’s tastes amazing every-time. I called the store and spoke to Maggie the manager I believe and she was a pleasure and when my baby sickness is gone, I’ll make sure to come in and thank you personally!
Always busy at night.....i think they need to increase the manpower at night.....go to any outlet at night and one has to wait for 30 minutes before he can order or eat
Customer service at the Woodbridge location is horrible. The workers were more focused on the drive thru customers instead of the ones in the restaurant. A few of the workers would look over at us & just continue to make the drive thru orders & completely ignored us. I waited almost 10 minutes & the line of people behind me was getting long. Another customer & I finally yelled for someone to help us & waited another 5-10 minutes for our food. You need to fire the workers & manager or retrain them. I will never go back to that restaurant again.
The worse taco bell I've been to. The service stunk. I requested to speak to a manager. My request went on deaf ears. I think one star is too many. Your staff need better training on customer skills.
We ordered ahead and still had to wait 30 minutes to get our food on the drive thru. And that’s what our Mexican pizza looked like ??♀️
Service is so slow. Order 30 minutes ahead of time and your order still won’t be ready when you arrive. Will still have to wait another 10-25 minutes while they prioritize the drive thru and fixing orders that were made incorrectly.
30 mins waiting for my food. I had just gotten a Brazilian wax and that was less painful than waiting for 30 mins for a Mexican pizza and 2 tacos.... which by the way cost $20. Save that "everyone is short-staffed" bs - if Taco bell has the nerve to charge $5 for a taco, then they can afford to pay their workers a living wage...periodt. Lower your prices or hire more people!
Closing shift people are amazing!!!! I came at 12am and not only were they really nice but they got my order right. There was a huge line and I know they were probably tired but they didn’t mess up any part of my order. This is the best experience I’ve had at this location.
Food is good, wish employees put more meat and salads in the tacos, chalupas, burritos, quesadilla ect... they act like ingredients are from there home!!! Price is not that cheap common put more meats and I gradients into the food. Clean stablishment, employees are friendly for most part.
Horrible service. Did drive through yesterday and the girl who took the order never gave a receipt and had to go in to get one. Had to wait for like 20 minutes to get a receipt. No manager in this place. No clue what they are doing. Was told to wait for couple of minutes? Got a RECEIPT in 20 minutes.
