I've been coming to this location for about a year and some change, and everytime I come here the staff is so cool. Today I came by and a new hire rung me up- who was pretty cool, by the way. She took my order and she made sure the details were right down to the letter, then got started. This location is my favourite only because everyone here is so cool. \m/
Everyone there is always so helpful & kind but Beth always goes above & beyond. She's patient & caring. You can tell she puts her all into this place!
Friendliest girls I've met in a while, will definitely take my boys there again.
What can I say it is a Rita's and that in itself give it high rating. What make this 5 star is the person who was working when we were there was very friendly and helpful. She even gave me a sample of a flavor I said I would like to try one Day.
Rita's of Woodbridge is always a treat to visit. Everything there is excellent from the Italian Ices, Gelati's, Frozen Custard and the take home cookie custard sandwiches.In addition, the staff who work there are super friendly and have a great attitude and always make you feel welcome. They are very efficient even when it is very busy.
I've been going to Rita's for a long time. Sometimes they might not have your favorite flavor but I can always find something good. But it has to be choc. custard.
My order was correct but when I got home there were pieces of hair in my gelati!!!
Out of like the twenty times I've been here. I have NEVER had bad service or left feeling conflicted because of my order. The service is always great and the Italian ices are delicious every time I get one. The chocolate chip custard sandwiches are also sometime I'd recommend, they are phenomenal. One thing I wish they would bring back are the free samples, but, due to COVID, they stopped them, not their fault though.
One day I went to one of the restaurants next to Rita’s to pick up food and I was amazed that Rita’s had no line because they usually do and so when I went over there and went to the window the lady opened up the window and was so nice and made my chocolate milkshake that I’ve been getting from Rita’s for years. When I told her that I had to come because there was no line and I’m amazed because there’s usually a long line she explained to me that they weren’t even open yet and so basically she still made my shake and took my order even though they weren’t even open. Now that’s customer service!! They should have more hours (like 24 hours) available is the only downside b/c when you crave Rita’s other ice cream won’t substitute. Their milkshake straws are also amazing… (super wide, durable, and pink.. I actually want to order a box for when I make smoothies at home). The manager (I think Beth is her name) also told me to not be deterred by the line because the line does move fast when they are busy. Highly recommend!!
Excellent service. I live in Hopelawn but preferred to come here. The one in Hopelawn awful servise since they change to new management. The new owner has everything very limited. Everything in small amounts but still pay the same $$.
