The service was good and the food, I had a vegetable burger and sweet potato fries, was outstanding!!!!The waitress was a very attentive young lady and the food came out quickly.
It was a good experience except for when my California Burger came out it had no avocado and no bacon (no I didn't send it back) Sandwiche was hot and fresh so I was okay with it! place was NOT busy and staff not very attentive, but I guess like every other place, short on staff?? O would go back!
I am so pleased every time I visit this location. As a non-meat eater, I'm VERY happy with the selection (all burgers are available with either a veggie patty or Impossible patty). I'm very happy with the kids' options. My 3yo is a picky eater & this is the only place where she'll finish her plate. I'm very happy with the customer service. EVERYONE is so helpful from the Maitre D to the Manager. Our servers are always so pleasant & I love to see the great rapport between the staff. They enjoy working with each other & it shows. The bottomless sides are just the cherry on top because my burger is always so good & filling that I never need more sides. Glad to see some low cal options on the menu as well. It's nice to be able to choose a side of broccoli over a side of fries. I can go on & on. This place is great.
Came here earlier then I've ever had before just shy of 12pm without having any breakfast in me so this was my brunch. I decided to keep it light and order a croissant with lettuce tomato and avocado with a well done fried egg. And let me tell you it was amazing. It's on the menu but it comes with turkey and bacon which i don't eat but this by far was the best I've had in a while. Thanks we will come back again
The chicken was delicious. I got the avocado salad without the croutons.

I have waited so long for service Every time I come to this Woodbridge one. No matter if it's busy or slow, day or night. I just had to wait 45 minutes to get a second helping of bottomless fries. Had to remind the server a couple times. For some reason the food comes out quick once I finally get my order in. So I'm obviously not waiting for the food to be made. It got two stars cause I do enjoy the food and bottomless fries, the rewards aren't bad either. Got charged an extra 1.99 for touching the little table kiosk they have. It automatically charges you apparently when you tap on a game demo. It does give you a pop up to cancel the 1.99 but apparently that doesn't work. Had no problem charging me for something I didn't use though.
Great restaurants Great service Great food but the restaurants needs a deep clean the entrance floor was really dirty and under the tables. That why I gave 3 stars appearance is everything.
Was racially profiled by the waitress looking at my family and a group of white girls who were seated in a better seat and 5 minutes after us. She looked at us, then them, and went to them. Utensils were dirty, food was decent but not as good as I remembered. Might try another one next time.
Took over 30 minutes for our food to come out.The waiter was nice but seemed undertrained or was just being lazy,because he never asked us if we want refills or more fries. Of course this could be management telling him to do this because it did not seem that busy for a weekend crowd. Maybe they are going under and have to cut back who knows,but all I know is this is the place I choose to spend my hard earned money when my family and I are craving certain items on the menuand of course I do not want my meal short of what's it's supposed to be. I am going to call Red Robin corporate and make sure they know that this establishment is not telling their customers they get free refills and bottomless fries.
