Good service and COVID conscious. Average food. Ordered salmon, asparagus,, mashed potatoes and sourdough toast. I was happy with everything except the Salmon. It was overcooked and should have had garlic flavor, but there was none. The person I went with said his meal was excellent?! He had the everything omelet with country potatoes and loved them both ❤️!
As soon as we walked to the door the hostess had jumped right on do you have a mask. She was rude and acted like she was ready to throw us up against the wall and strip search us. Food was ok just ok. Server was good. I think the whole experience was ruined by the hostess. I won't be back. Spoke with the manager her said he doesn't care about reviews. He thought it was about the masks that I didn't like but it was all about how she treats the customer, and after talking to the manager I find there is no customer service there at all.
They are very nice people and friendly plus they have excellent food
The worst restaurant ever, the service my wife and I stopped in for breakfast they used to be good, food wise and service I had a skillet breakfast that was drier than wood my wife had eggs and a muffin which was very dry she asked for it to be toasted and it was nuked instead. Finally when asking for coffee and milk it's like you have to beg for milk. Definitely worth wasting your time and money. Stay safe and have a great day.
To start as soon as we park employee comes out even before we completely get out of the car. Asks party or two then says "put your masks on". Like give people time to get out of their cars. We make our order and it's pretty slow in the restaurant our order took about 15 or 20 min to come out and the food wasnt even hot enough. When the food was brought out by the waiter he just threw the food down and walked away. Ww needed to ask for salt and pepper and napkins which I feel should be a given. Waiter was not attentive and seemed annoyed when asked for things and was dismissive. Other customers complained of the service during our dining. Then at the end of meal we were waiting for the waiter to come out and give us a takeout box, the portor was the one that observed us waiting and brought us the boxes, he was the nicest of all the employees that serviced us. First Perkins experience and definitely not a good one. Improve the customer service of your employees at this location. I wont assume that the same level of service is the same at all locations but I definitely wont be going to this location again.
Perkins is nostalgic for me. It was never the best food, but my mom and I used to go every week. I went to this location recently, after not going to Perkins for a couple years. Local diners have better food, but there is great value. The food is fine, but being able to take home leftover pancakes with most breakfast items is amazing.
Today we were at Perkins our first time eating at this restaurant. I like the temp ck before we were seated. In just few minutes the waiter came to get our orders. I Ordered steak n eggs & my husband eggs sausage pancake n bacon. Then after half an hour I saw our waiter brought tray of same orders to the couple in front of us. I told my husband , look we ordered before them n they got their order fast n they have same order even like ours. So the waiter put the plate on the table then I heard that they were complaining to the waiter that those were not the food they ordered only then the waiter realized it was our order. He picked up the plates of food and serving it us. I refused to be served with those food bc the food has been transferred fr table to table. The food were place on table in front while complaining their saliva must me landed on the food.The waiter offered to make us a new plate expecting it to be about half an hour but no just less than 5 mins he was putting our order on our table. I said no way , these are not newly cooked order & no way that it will be cooked in less than 5 mins. My husband who was quietly sitting told me let's go this is ridiculous. Inspite of the above experience my husband was still very nice to leave $5 for the coffee that they served him. Never again that I will go to Perkins. This first time experience was very very disappointing , frustrating & disrespectful. I just like what is this wait staff thinking that will just take whatever . Never ever to go to this restaurant again. Ridiculous.
Why are they treating people as if COVID just started? Wait outside, temperature checks, mandatory masks, plastic utensils, bathroom restrictions, etc. Did they not get the memo? Been to dozens of restaurants lately and none of them are handling business like this. It makes no sense - can't figure out their motive, and the lack of business is deserving. So unless you want to feel like it is March 2020 again, you might want to avoid this location.
My family and I went here when the restaurant was not busy and the COVID rules still in place caught us by surprise. I haven't seen this since the height of the pandemic in 2020.You have to stand outside and be let in (despite the fact that it was cold and raining). You have to wear a mask (every other place is optional). You have to get your temperature taken (nobody did this after 2020). You can't use the bathroom unless you ask permission and they will check to see if someone is already in the bathroom. They had all but one stall and sink blocked off with caution tape. It was like walking into a crime scene. They still have plastic partitions up between booths but sat us right across from the only other 2 people in the restaurant. They still use plastic prewrapped utensils and to go containers for dipping sauces.The menu is alright for anyone that doesn't have dietary restrictions. There aren't any vegetarian, vegan or gluten free options listed. My sister doesn't eat meat so she was disappointed. Sure you can get a salad without the chicken but to not even have a veggie burger in this day in age is unheard of.Our waiter was awesome and provided excellent service. Plus any other staff we interacted with was friendly.
Can't speak of other locations, but this location is on point.A+ Dinning Service....The staff are extremely professional and welcoming.They go to great extent to assure you are dining in a sanitize environment..The food is delicious and the price is below what you expect to pay, "cheap price, heat meal, service & friendly staff".Thank you everyone for such a great job!!!!
