Cashier Scott was friendly when taking our order. Food came out fast and was delicious.
I've always liked Panera Bread, but I did not like my experience in this location. I had a rapid pick up order yesterday, drove home and realized they forgot my signature sandwich. I spoke to a manager on the same day and I was told to come back and they'll give me my sandwich. Fast forward to today, I went and explained my conversation with the manager yesterday. I ordered something else which I paid for, and then the cashier put in the signature sandwich which the manager then adjusted so that I am not charged for it. I got my bag and drove home...I was thinking of checking first if I had the 2 items I ordered but since I was in a rush and also in my mind, how can they make the same mistake twice?? True enough, they forgot to put in my sandwich AGAIN! Now I wish I hadn't ordered the extra salad so that it would have been obvious to know that I have something in the bag! I am so angry but also at the same time had no patience to deal with this again.
The young lady at the register taking our order was very helpful and polite. She showed patience and, quite knowledgeably, answered a few questions we had about items on the menu .
The best Panera Bread I've ever been to since 2006(i've been to many across the country). Food is fresh and delicious and the restaurant is clean.What really sets this establishment apart from the rest is the management. Walter the manager was friendly, courteous, and professional. I had an issue today with my order and he quickly resolved it with a smile on his face. Wish there were more managers like him around in other places. He is extraordinary and should be acknowledged by the company. Great job and I will be coming back! This place gets it right!
Extremely rude staff members. I understand working in the service industry is not great, and during a rush stress can get the best of you, but when you openly call a customer an idiot there is a bigger problem. I went in to pick up my online coffee order, via the coffee subscription, asked a staff member where to pick up (just to check in) and she had no idea there was a subscription service and laughed at me like it was my fault that she was unaware of her company.Do not come to this Panera until they restaff.
Ordered food for 8 people. App said food to be delivered by 1:25. Tracked order and was advised on tracking that order was canceled. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. Manager said order wasn’t canceled and he would get back to me. Thirty minutes later I called again and got a we’re working on it response. I then canceled the order and WILL NEVER USE THE PANERA APP. They lost a $125 order plus a customer who spends $1500 a year.
It's convenient, I will give it that, but the pictures don't match what you get. I spent $13 and left hungry. I think the place could be a little cleaner also.
Always reliable and delicious. The employees are always outgoing and helpful. I love all the soups and flatbread pizzas and I crave their chocolate chip cookies!! Nice, quiet atmosphere.
Dining was closed. Hope they weren't taken with Covid and was just being cautious. Anyway, had to give my full name to be let in to get my coffee order. I like they were taking precautions but rather they closed if it was Covid related. Afraid to drink the coffee ordered.
We had a large take-out order and it was extremely busy. However. The staff was excellent and professional and the order was ready quickly. And it was correct. Thank you Panera Bread!
