One time I ordered curbside the order took more the 30 minutes I had to go in and remind the staff of my order twice just to pick up my food. Another time they got my order wrong and they did nothing to make it right.
The food is always hot. It tastes good to me. They work a lot faster than the one on rt 9. The employees actually give you sauce when you ask for it! As a condiment lover, this is always a plus. I've literally never had a problem with this McDonald's, and I am happy to continue giving them my business!
Very clean, friendly staff, quick service & warm fresh food.
Went around 6p on a Monday. Out of 12 people in the restaurant, I think I was the only paying customer there. The rest were teenagers sitting around and playing on their phones. I felt like I was in a middle school or bus station. Most of my food came out barely warm. Had to send a few things back for replacement. Napkin dispenser was empty, as was the receipt paper in the ordering kiosk I used. Nearly all the tables were not wiped down. Grabbed a wipe from my car to take care of it myself. I would imagine they’re using the “it’s because of COVID” excuse but there’s a lot of McDonald’s open right now that are in better working order.
Horrible service at the drive thru. Attitudes and then the order isn’t even right. I drive out of my way to the Avenel location because it’s this bad. I won’t even get into the discussion between me and a 19 year old manager over a Coke that looked like weak iced tea, let’s just say he either refused to change out the soda syrup when it wasn’t busy or he didn’t know how to and that’s a problem. But it’s not just this last time 3 months ago, it’s been that way the past year and a half I’m afraid to say. I’m usually not a big one to complain but I’ve spoken to quite a few others who feel the same way about this location. I won’t give 1 star because I know how that can screw you guys up but please change!!
Food is always correct. They always forget my sauce, ranch, Buffalo, etc. Inside is a bit dirty they don't have good upkeep.
Best Macdonalds in Perth Amboy/Woodbridge area. Lines are seldom too long, only occasionally do order problems crop up. Lady at pay window knows us, already. *****
I've never been inside the establishment but when I am in the area I do go thru their spacious drive thru. This location has three serving windows. Depending on the day some employees are sociable others are just business. Conveniently located in a little strip you will find plenty of parking. They practice Covid restriction, employees wear mask. I have not had a problem with my order but if you need any type of dipping sauce or condiments don't forget to ask. Food taste good, service is good, price and deals are the same as the other McDonald's. The surrounding is clean and calm. I find it's quite pleasant to just sit in the car, sip your coffee and enjoy your pie.
Pretty standard McDonald's service. Often I have had orders messed up in the drive through, but I also attribute that more to possible staffing issues.
Terrible service. Outrageous workers, very rude.messed up my order and I have complained several times. Chicken nuggets aren’t even edible, too hard to bite and many little bones in them. Do better service with your customers. cause this is just not acceptable.
