This place is nasty and disgusting. The service is atrociously bad. It takes forever for them to acknowledge your existence and take your order. I’ve been to McDonald’s in third world countries that have better service than this location. Maybe if they didn’t have so many punjabs then it’d be easier to serve and communicate.

My favorite McDonald's. Always polite and fast paced. Fries are always hot. And drive though moves swiftly and accurate.
Went to the drive thru to order ONE happy meal. They made park curbside, waited 15 minutes, gave at least 8 cars their orders after us. When we went to ask, the employee says they don’t know what we’re waiting for, and showed no care. Terrible service even by McDonald’s low standards. Another car in front of us took at least 10 min to get their order of two drinks!
Went there on a Friday night. it was not busy. I waited 15 minutes for my order. Nothing special just a couple burgers and fries.The people making the good couldn't have moved any slower if they tried.You can go to a sit down restaurant and get drinks and appetizers faster then they could put out a couple burgers. Very slow and not even an apology.Very bad service.
Not sure why nowadays ? they are different prices at different locations.
This McDonalds is the worst in getting drive through orders right. Today 11/13 the person taking payment for drive thru orders has a real attitude problem. She was actively not listening to what I was trying to say to her to correctly charge my order. When I finally end up at the second window to pick up the order and go home- the order is completely wrong. They really need to find better ways to handle customers and get orders right.
On lunch break 1:00pm 11/1/21 I got a cheeseburger happy meal and6 pc nuggets. Went home 5 minutes away I opened my “cheeseburger” found 2 pieces of bread No burger ? I bite a chicken nuggets and they are dry. I could only go back after work around 5ish. The manager Grace or Drace or something like that because she was reluctant to give me her name and the other manager which initially took my complaint and my receipt and didn’t give it back (luckily in my app) also did not introduce themselves or even at least apologize or try to help me out.
I realize that McDonalds are franchise so that each branch are independent. However, I also know that each branch should adhere to a McDonald's standards. Well, this branch sucks at doing that. The manager "Ranjee" is rude & talks down to customers. You always have to inspect your order in the bag because they frequently get your order wrong. Just annoyingly unnecessary!
