I was babysitting my niece yesterday and we decided to order from this place since it was the closest to the house maybe like five minutes way. Both the girl who took my order and the delivery guy were very nice. However the rest was extremely disappointing. The food was disgusting. I asked for a cheeseburger deluxe with fries well done with provolone cheese and the burger on the outside was completely burnt but inside was very raw I almost puked. There was no provolone cheese anywhere but instead they smeared mayonnaise everywhere. The mozzarella sticks were okay but the slice of sicilian pizza had a very hard crust and practically had no taste. On top of it everything arrived cold and almost an hour after placing the order which is very surprising since the place is like five minutes away from the house. We’ll never order from this place again.
This place used to be great, don't know if there is new owners or not, but it's been getting worse , I ordered a pie came late and cold once in a while it's fine, they have pepperoni pinwheel's used to be great now they are they were big now they would barely cover a silver dollar and the bottom is burnt to a crisp,and it's 1.00 fee to use a card ,an a 2.00 delivery fee even with gas the way it is $2 is a little much for quarter mile ride.
I love Luna Pizza. Their Chicken Alfredo pizza with Broccoli or spinach is the bomb. I did, however, order a large everything pie with light peppers and it had so many peppers and mushrooms, but very skimpy on the pepperoni and onions. It did also have plenty of sausage. Just a little disappointed that's all.

Placed the order at 5:23pm said it will be delivered by 6:23pm got it by 7:35. Cold pizza, cold wings, soggy and cold wrap. My few times a month is now going to be never again. Will be trying other local pizzerias. Also asked for thin crust, this isn’t thin.
pretty exceptional specialty pizza shoppe. the bruschetta with chicken cutlet slice was very well prepared where the ingridients didn't over power the phenomenal fluffy and crunchy crust of the pan pizza. the plain slice was also very good although it was significantly thinner in the middle and thicker towards the crust. greek salad was doused in veggies and feta cheese so that was nice. counter people are a little agressive but at less they're on top of making sure you're taken care of
ZERO RESPECT TO LOYAL FAITHFUL CUSTOMERS! Owners son is Nasty and Curses off his customers ! If I can give this rating a -5 I would. I have been a supportive customer and repeat buyer for many years. I spend a lot of money here faithfully every week multiple times a week because I will say they make decent food. But this place make me laugh if it's not for the local dedicated supportive neighbors they would be nothing! They should treat there repeat customers that spend countless amounts of money and place many orders there with a little more respect BUT when orders are wrong or you say anything they actually get annoyed and NEVER try to make good on it and give you attitude. This is not the first time. But tonight was one of the worst EXPERIENCES I have ever had at LUNAS PIZZA ON INMAN AVE COLONIA and will NEVER RETURN unless the owners son is fired. I guess he thinks he can treat anyone the way he feels and curse them out in front of his coworkers and a ton of customers eating and waiting and that will be ok because his DAD owns the place. Well no thanks. The father should get that young man anger management because his customer service skills are ZERO. BASICALLY after waiting almost one hour for my 2 salads (2 plain grilled chicken salads, could it be any easier!) I was told he had to prioritize his orders like mine was not important. When I said it's salads. He got extremely nasty instead of being sympathetic for there forgetfulness of my order. I said just cancel this and he starts yelling in front of all the customers causing a scene, and looking like a fool as the owners son that this is how you treat people. HUGE embarrassment for himself and this pizza parlor. He told me to leave and would not refund my salads but when I told him I am Not leaving without my refund HE AGAIN tried to make me take my 1 hour salads and I said NO. He finally refunded me as he shook at the credit machine because he was so angry. I left and will Never be returning and if anyone ever asks my opinion for a good pizza parlor sadly I will never refer another person to this pizza parlor again. I used to refer everyone here when Joe was here. Bring him back!!! He respects and cares about his dedicated customers!! NEWSFLASH, if we the customers don't support your store, It's over!
I had pizza from here and it was HORRENDOUS !!! Any frozen pizza from the grocery store tops this place by a star or 2. I mean it’s such a disgrace to pizza that anyone associated with the place deserves to awaken with a horses head in their bed.I’d detail each of the 2 specialty topping slices I tried but they were so repulsive that I gag even thinking about them. I mean so bad that the entire joint needs to be packed up shot to the moon and forgotten about . Maybe that’s why it’s called Luna.Go ANYWHERE else for better pizzaHal has given a suggestion you shouldn’t ignore
I let my girlfriend try the cheesesteak with provolone n mushroom...and she loved it. ??????
The pizza was good - solid crust and bread density (as they say, "mouth feel" was good). However, the service was a little confusing as when I asked questions, the responses from one of the staff were abrupt and didn't feel friendly. I don't know if it was about me specifically or whether that person was having a bad day.
