We went there on the hot summer night for dinner, and they had us sit were no air-conditioning wasn't available; about 45 minutes later, the waitress came to take our order. When we asked if we could change our sitting location, they moved us to a different location where we had better air conditioning. After changing our seating arrangement, we had to wait another 25 minutes to place the order, which made us very uncomfortable and hungry. After placing the order, our food arrived at a reasonable time.
Not worth your money! STAY AWAY from here! We went here to celebrate my boyfriendâs birthday & had date night menu.. thinking it was going to be great. I was so wrong! I should have listened to the previous negative reviews. Letâs start with food - We had lobster toast⦠it was meh.. the bread was so dry & lobster was so cheap tasting.. Next - entrees were a bit better .. we had ribeye. We asked for medium & it came out well done. Thank goodness for the butter on the steak! We also had the Korean ribs . That was good.. my only beef with that was⦠the menu didnât say it has sesame seeds & I dislike sesame seeds so much! So that kinda ruined the ribs. Here comes dessert.. the taste was alright. So in my notes during the reservation, I stated to please bring out the slice of cheesecake with a candle for birthday celebration. The new waitress had no clue about it.. this annoyed me .. it was supposed to have like a birthday celebration.. but it didnât⦠horrible! Horrible! Now the service⦠it was the worst! I felt like people at McDonaldâs treat you better! The waitress gave us a glass of water & disappeared!!! No one was around to give us condiments or another glass of water.. it was just a very disappointing, horrendous experience. Not worth your money! STAY AWAY from here! If thereâs a rating of zero, Iâd give that rating!
What great restaurant. I had eaten there before but never knew it was a chain. We had a great meal and the service was excellent. We had a table of 9 for our sons 25th bday, our server Paula was outstanding and did not miss a meal, app, drink etcâ¦she was awesome!
They have an interesting food and drink selection, but the Poke bowl might be my favorite. On the down side, I've had a sushi roll there that didn't thrill me.
