So, I usually don't write reviews on order for me to do so it has to be an extreme situation. I go to the KFC around my way because it's closer to home and I also like the way they prepare my food. Lately, they have been slacking a lot; BUT TODAY IM DONE!! Due to previous experiences lately I looked at my bowl and I didn't see any corn so I KINDLY ASKED if I can have some corn. The lady at the drive thru proceeded to shake my bowl to look herself and she found a few at the bottom. I asked her if I could please have a little more and this is what I got!! THIS WAS DONE PURELY OUT OF SPITE!! I always give people the benefit of the doubt and I'm very curtious BUT THIS WAS NOT RIGHT!!! IM BREVET GOING BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!
Today (May 7th, 2:35pm) I went to pickup an order. I went inside and while I was being helped one of the workers was mimicking everything I was saying making fun of me. This employee had just walked in and was sitting by the door eating a bag of chips and made a comment about not starting work yet. (Which is how I know he was a current employee) I’m not sure while this location hires such disrespectful and unprofessional people. The woman helping me was nice enough but even she noticed it and looked around to see who was doing it and when she saw him she just looked away. I truly felt so incredibly disrespected and embarrassing - I would never expect that sort of treatment from a business I spend so much money in. Never again will I visit this location.
This place won't serve you at the counter, only drive thru or mobile app orders. I can't download mobile app as I'm not an American resident and I don't have a car. TERRIBLE customer service. For the length of time the lady took speaking with me, she could easily have taken a verbal order.
Grim place. Went inside as a walk-in potential buyer of food. Chairs all inverted and stacked on tables. At 4pm? Went up to the counter and surveyed the options on the overhead boards. Not a single person who was there (behind the cookers) bothered to even acknowledge me. Place stank of cooking oil fumes. I decided to go to the Cheesecake factory instead where I had a lovely meal. I will never walk through these doors again.
Got 6 pc Nashville Hot wings for me and 1 chicken thigh original like always for baby ?. That Nashville hot wing sauce is by far the tastiest wing sauce is USA ?
What is going on, half the staff called out?! We went through the drive-thru at 1:30pm on Saturday. "No sandwiches" we were told! Guess they didn't get their bread delivered? I then asked for wings "20 minutes" - not fast food to me. "What do you have ready?" "Fried chicken and strips". Paid $30 and was told to wait in the parking lot for our order. 10 minutes later I'm still waiting. I had to walk inside the restaurant and overheard patrons being told that they aren't taking dine-in orders and the drive-thru line is very long now. Turns out my food was sitting waiting the whole time - portions were a rip-off!
Terrible customer service. I went in to order the chicken sandwiches and wings and I paid all the money for it and I even waited an extra 10 minutes just so they can make the wings and they ended up giving me the wrong order. They gave me the fries instead of the wings…
I love this location. All of the employees are the best. The service here is unmatched!! I will never eat an another one. I recommend coming to this KFC if you are around Menlo Park or Woodbridge!
A good and clean location, good chicken.
The chicken was so soggy, it tasted like it was microwaved and then someone forgot to put a chicken sandwich in the order. The only thing good about this place was the mashed potatoes and biscuits, so that's why there's 2 stars. Other than that, I wouldn't do the drive thru at 8 pm there. The earlier, the better I guess.
