This is the 2nd Johnny Rocket’s we visited in the past 2 months and walked out of them both ! This location only had 1 waitresses, the wait to sit was over 15 minutes, they only use half of the restaurant. We sat down to walk out after 9 minutes waiting for the only worker to come over and take a drink order at least . Horrible service from Johnny rocket’s, corporate is blind I guess . Will not patronize any other Johnny Rocket’s ever again!
this place needs some serious work, we waited over an hour for our food. everything on the menu is fairly simple to make, we didn’t get anything crazy a hotdog shouldn’t take more than 20 min HONESTLY. we saw a table by us get a tower of fries on a plate but we only got a very small handful … we kept eyeing the kitchen and watching cause it is an open kitchen. they had no idea what they were doing ! we kept waiting waiting so we just decided to pay for what we had and left, we didn’t even see a hotdog being prepared for our order !!!! a simple burger chicken tenders and a hot dog … WAS not busy at all for a reason for our food to be late , the employees in this establishment do not care at all, none have any work ethic and not an ounce of proper cleaning is being done on the tables, you would think when the kitchen is open you would be more aware with what you’re doing however you can see improper handling of food. I haven’t had Johnny Rockets in a long time due to the ones by me closing down. Unfortunate to have experienced this here, we really just waisted our times sitting there .. it was just unbelievable the neglect of service, we were not the only ones but the only ones to say something. thankfully they only charged us for our drinks.
Observed some questionable kitchen behavior while waiting for takeout milkshakes that took more than 20 minutes to get. Guy making them stopped and pulled out his phone several times during the process and then went back to making the drinks. Mobile phones are known for being unsanitary. To see someone handling one while also handling food, no gloves, is disconcerting. Then he spilled one of the mixes and stood there laughing for a good few minutes instead of getting his act together and finishing the drinks. I felt bad for the waitress who seemed to be the senior person as the restaurant had quite a few tables full and she was trying to wrangle the kitchen staff.
The two starts is for service. If the service wasn't stellar, it would be Zero.The food is subpar at best which is unfortunate because it had potential. The bread was becoming stale (toasting it slightly would've changed the profile) and they're was barely any beef in my burger. Waste of calories.
Oh poor Johnny... It has seen better days BUT the food is still good. Look past the tired...EVERYTHING and you can enjoy a quick burger or hotdog.
I loved it the service was great too. I spent time with my family and we all enjoyed it. I had a delicious Philly steak sandwich.my daughter ordered grilled chicken and shakes. Her bf had a burger to go. I'll definitely go back to Johnny Rockets.Vin
This place located in Jersey garden mall are not following the cdc guidelines too many people are seated close to each other it’s too noisy lousy service I will not be back to this location
Real chop meat not frozen patties but, they smash em and cook them well done, which is not the way i like my burgers. Its like a retro diner feel to the place. Great milk shakes too
It was bad from the beginning the waitress didn’t even do the bare minimum. Look I understand she might’ve been tired but damm that was bad. The food was also cold because she left for like 20 mins. And then when we were in the middle of eating she just dropped the check so we just left.
Johnny Rockets well what can i say. The burgers are always tasty but Im not going to recommend this specific one. Its tiny and the bathrooms were not only horribly dirty but in need of work. The bathrooms at this Johnny's look just like a bathroom in a gas station in the inner city.
