I’ve been ordering from here regularly (sometimes multiple times a week) for close to 8 hrs. Today I ordered the cavatelli & broccoli rabe, was charged $16.85 for a small tin and they told me it always comes in the small tin. Prices went up. They just lost a very loyal customer. What a rip off ! Oh and btw, the last few times it came in the large tin. They basically said I was a liar. They never put it in a big tin. And they don’t even care that they lost my business. So sad….
We highly recommend Goodfellows. The pizza is delicious. We love getting the pizza, wings, garlic knots and soda combo special. They have great prices considering the crazy global price increases. Excellent customer service, delivery is super fast and the delivery guy Jimmy was very courteous and not scared of our dogs which made the delivery process very easy and fast!
This place used to be the go to for years, since covid its gone down hill. Meat has been very bland and the communication is now terrible. I'm writing this review after 3 failed orders and $82 down the drain.
This place is very disgusting. The manager picks her nose behind the counter and the cooks don’t even wear gloves! I also witnessed the owner stressing out the employees to the point where one employee was crying. Avoid this place at all costs!

I talk this place up every chance I get ordered a pie with the works usually the crust is nice and soft this time it looks and tastes like they reheated my pie they have about 9 people working at the counter only the two young girls are wearing a mask no hair netting or gloves until they fix this I won’t go back but they do have good food worse pie I ever got from here before they close the box on your pizza look at what you’re paying for if I would’ve seen the pizza they gave me I would have ask them to make me another one and watched closely
Was disappointed in my most recent take out. My wife very much enjoyed her grilled chicken salad with fresh mozzarella. But my Veal Parmesan was very bland. Almost no taste to the sauce. Very helpful, hard working crew. I have been here many times. Seeing the large pot of sauce cooking, I can't help but wonder if they may have simply been trying to scratch the sauce they were working with. Portions were very nice size.
Ordered appetizer platter. Online it says 4 vegetarian items, and we are strict vegetarians. Came home to find shrimp and called the restaurant to which they just said the menu had changed… no offer for a refund, no desire to correct the mistake. Horrible customer service.
I was shocked went here Wednesday night at 6 PM. The dumpster area was gross. I went inside to find the grill floor area gross and mats embedded with a large amount of food. The cook had no masks or gloves on. They touched my food n then packed it up and handed it to me DURING COVID. TOTALLY UNSANITARY. CODE NEEDS TO PAY THEM A VISIT!!
I try to order something different everytime, and everytime I'm disappointed. Not the best food but it's good in a pinch. Not my go to. This place used to be very good. Not sure what happened but it's going downhill.
