Walked in in a Saturday afternoon… super clean , positive vibes & great costumer service from employee kevin (i asked his name). Donuts still fresh & my latte was perfect.
I order a sandwich and when I was halfway done with it I seen gray hair I look around sandwich and there was another one on the back side of it. First time there and for sure my last time there. Plus if you ask them for sugar they give you an attitude. Never again.
I want to make a complaint about this restaurant because they treated me badly due to my way of dressing and with a discriminatory attitude I am a client and I come to buy not to ask for a gift I think that the department in charge of hiring personnel is not trained to know how to select the right employees for the service position know that a friendly treatment makes the customer feel good and they come back but with these attitudes I do not return to this place anymore nor do I give good references that they come to eat and on top of that I was eating the food they saw me in a bad way I will say directly the person went at 12:30 pm today the person was a white-skinned lady with a blue shirt she seemed to be in charge of the restaurant but she was a grotesque and rude person I ask that they sanction her so that it does not happen again with clients should set a good example of having professional ethics because for me that person should be behind in the cleaning area thank you??? Bad Bad service
Terrible staff terrible store. Stood there for five minutes while they took care of mobile orders and drive through without even acknowledging my existence. Wouldn’t even make eye contact! All they needed to do was greet me acknowledge my existence and I would’ve patiently waited. All they had to say was will be with you in a minute and I would’ve waited but they wouldn’t even make eye contact. I’ve never been treated so rudely
I had first walked into the store , it was unattended for over 5 minutes not an employee to be seen finally after 5 minutes of asking if anyone was there a girl and a guy showed up the one guy looked under the influence and when he first walked in he had his airpods on I had asked if he worked there he ignored me and went behind the counter . After I had ordered the girl who had checked me out was on her phone while making the order , and she said even missed an item and she was very rude I’m giving it a one star because the costumer service was terrible food was okay though
I’ve been coming to this location since they opened. The original team that was here was FANTASTIC ( a young black man, young black female and a young Indian female). Not sure why they changed them. I get the same drink everyone morning literally 7 days a week. XL hot coffee cream caramel 2 Splendas sometimes I’ll switch it up and get pumpkin but I stick to my norm most of the time.LATELY the coffee is BURNT or something idk it’s literally gross. You tell them to make it lite and it looks like there a pound of mocha in it.Please fix this place or you will loose a regular.
Out there 9:10 2021 at 11:00 a.m. I bought a large coffee donuts a croissant egg and cheese it was good. Reason I give him one star they have that bathroom clothes can use it but the employee used it only and the main reason is I'm drinking the coffee in the coffee so horrible it tastes horrible it's burned.I never taste the coffee like this I will never go there again
First time in a drive thru. Order a Nesquick, a bagel and 2 corn muffins. Got my order in 4 mins. But waited another 10 mins for 2 plain corn muffins
The woman at the cashier was extremely rude and looked miserable. She treated me like I was interrupting her day even though I was the only customer in the store. When I was leaving, I told her that she was rude and she should be nicer to customers. She waved her hand at me dismissively and said, “I don’t have time for that!” I will never return to this location. Pitiful.
Store was locked and only drive thru was opened (no indication of this or other directions posted any where). Employees turned away business from potential customer because his truck wouldn't fit in drive thru and they refused to serve him inside.
