Dirty bathroom, soap dispenser broken and the hand dryer didn't work
Bought the signature Carmel cream latte and it was awful .. no Carmel flavor no cream .. no sweetness just bitter awful coffee do not go here if I could rate negative 5 I would
coffee here is always fresh. my go-to is a sunrise coffee, and usually when i get one it comes out as a gross odd brown water. but here, it’s amazing. so fresh. literally tastes like the coffee ice cream from trader joe’s (my fave). didn’t even want to put it down to write this review. they also have good ice.
I mistakenly at 345am placed an order through my app to which I thought was going to the Dunkin on the northbound side. I was able to call over there and get someone on the phone who maybe didn’t have her “own”’cup of coffee yet, I explained to her the situation, she said ok hold on, after about 30 seconds of listening to her yelling in a different language, I was waiting for her to come back on the line so I could properly apologize, my mistake, but she picked up the phone and said i don’t even know and hung up on me. I will change the rating as long as I get my money refunded back to my card. ?
Dunkin has really improved over the years the are very consistent now with great coffee and service

This Dunkin Donuts should be the example of what an efficient drive-thru is run like. Also Mohamed the night worker is exceptional and friendly. DD corporate should use this store as an example to other franchisees.
The manager ( indian guy) at drive through window is very rude at this location. He always ruins my coffee and also curses at customers . He doesn’t even know how to scan barcodes from the phone. I am surprised that dunkin would even let this person work at their location.
