My birthday cake was delicious! It was red velvet & ice cream together. I loved it! It got a little melted, but it was so pretty & delicious definitely looking forward to getting another one for any occasion ??

They don’t cater well to customers requests, treat you like they are doing you a favor by stopping by small portions compared to other cold stones stores . Not friendly.
Don't get an ice cream cake here, because they either don't know how or care or too lazy to make it like how it's supposed to be or they intentionally put less or leave out parts. The cake looked nothing like the picture nor as described online. I bought a not cheap 8' Oreo Cookies & Cream Extreme Cake. Starting from the top, it had the Oreo cookies on top, a thin layer of Oreo cookie frosting all around, only a thin layer of cake batter ice cream missing the Oreo cookies mixed in it, layer of yellow cake, layer of chocolate ice cream missing the Oreo cookies mixed in it again, then the bottom layer of yellow cake.
Better ice cream then Baskin Robbins!!! Why settle for 32 flavors when you can have unlimited options??

Terrible customer service! Staff should be trained how to address customer's questions. The two star I gave was only for the taste. Hope the management looks into this matter seriously or else, you'd receive nothing but negative reviews.
Love a good coldstone. A bit overkill with all the plastic dividers with a speaker for covid etc. Got the new boo batter ice cream and good lord it messed my stomach up??
