First of all place was dirty and garbage in the dining area was overflowing. The crew was not being manage so there was a lot of standing around. Food area was so dirty and they were grabbing trays with the same gloves they were prepping the food. One of the employees who was handling the register went out to the dining area and started cleaning the tables with her hands. First time trying this location and it will definitely be the last !
I got charged $10 for a bowl! Health department showed up when I was there. The staff emptied everything! By the time I got to order my food, they had no veggies, lettuce, guacamole, beans and much more. I had to come home and add cheese. To top it off my food was ice cold. Now I see why the health department was were there. Last time I go to this chipotle. Is not the first time they don’t have quality dining.
I went with 3 stars to not hurt them to much, but if you order over the app they will be super stingy with the portions. And the last 5 times I've ordered chips they taste burnt and are soaked/covered in oil?
Definitely the worst Chipotle in the area. It is EXTREMELY poorly managed. The line can be wrapped around the entire restaurant and there will be staff fixing chairs in the dining area. This location needs immediate corporate attention as there is no sense of urgency for customer satisfaction.
This location is EXTREMELY poorly managed. The line can be wrapped around the entire restaurant and there will one employee working and about 4 other employees fixing chairs in the dining area, repeatedly the same chairs as everyone is frustrated in line. This location needs immediate attention as there is no sense of urgency for customers or respect to peoples time. I stood on line for about 45 mins watching 3 employees huddled by the drink station and another two walking up and down fixing the chairs that needed no attention over and over again. Will not be returning until they figure out how to run it or hire people who want to work.
Ordered online waited an hour for my food and when I opened it, it was not what I ordered messed the extra chicken and fajitas up even though I paid for it.
I got my food inside and sat down and ate and it was one of my better chipotle expierences the food was good and tasted fresh.
The place had people everybody kept their distance. The staff was very nice and it was a great experience! I recommend anyone who wants to have some Mexican food that's great and healthy! I will recommend this place.
Their Queso sauce is lit af period... also the people there are nice and respectful the restaurant was also very clean... idk the ladys name but im here at oct 2 Sat I went around 12 pm there was a lady behind the counter preparing the bowl along side of a guy the lady is always very accommodating I've just noticed she has really good customer service skills...
I am actually really disappointed in this location. My fiance and I had something important to attend to. I was coming from Exit 5 off the Turnpike and had him order Chipotle so that when we met up, it would be an easy ride to our next destination. We ordered online at 2:30pm for pickup at 2:50. He arrive there and we did not receive our food until 3:30pm. I understand when things are busy, I work in Customer Service. However, the point of ordering online is that you're not waiting in a long line. It became more of an inconvenience. If he had just walked in, he would have received our food earlier. The time before this, we ordered Chips and Queso and they ran out and didn't refund us either. I even let that one slide, but this time, I just am annoyed.
