My first and last visit today 07/24/22, at this bagel shop, It is horrible horrible and horrible, I do not understand why anyone will rate this bagel place with more than one star, the place is filthy, the bagels look pale they needed more time in the oven, the person taking the orders behind the counter look at you like you have two heads, he also bullies costumers while taking the orders, he is so rude. After I saw all these disgusting things decided to leave and try another bagel place 7 minutes away, it was worthy, a totally different atmospheric!
Great spot for a quick breakfast sandwich or bagels. There are not many places in Woodbridge for a good breakfast sandwich so this is a gem. The sausage egg and cheese is great. The staff are always nice and great you when you walk in. It does get rather busy so call ahead or you’ll be waiting. And the coffee is great!! My husband is a big coffee person and loves their coffee! Not burnt like other establishments. A must for breakfast!
Definitely eat here if you are hungry for a bacon egg and hair sandwich on a roll. This place is dirty, the staff lacks any type of customer service skills, and they are racist to boot. Next time the staff and owner decide to make jokes about the patrons they should probably be sure that the person is gone. So to summarize I was purposely served a sandwich with hair based on what I look like. This place needs to be shut down.
A for effort and friendliness. The food is mediocre. Egg sandwiches are unexciting and uninteresting. Bagels are only okay. Bacon is overcooked. This is not the first time we've had this experience.
Right off the bat this place looks disgusting and I don’t know why anyone would want to eat there. They cook and aren’t cleaning. The case is filthy and fresh food going in a filthy case is not a best practice.The owner and counter/order taker are beyond rude. They look like they are under a lot of stressed and self medicating to cope. In addition they sound like water trash with low IQs…. High school dropout with a bagel shop.Ownership: I would suggest scaling your operations / staff to accommodate the online orders you take.
Good breakfast spot, always satisfied with my order. I love that they offer non-pork meat items for breakfast (you can opt for turkey or beef bacon and sausage)
I order online pick up bacon egg n cheese on roll with a side of buttermilk pancakes as my first order. Was ready quickly. Pickup was simple and quick. There’s like 6 parking spaces in the front. Nice ppl, great you once you enter. Food was great. I’m new to the area, so looking forward to this being my local breakfast spot.

I have been here severely times. I have never had an issue with them the food has been great. The staff is awesome. Good place visit if your in town. Parking lot is shared with other stores. Parking is a major issue. If you call and place an order this is your best bet due to the parking issue.
I love Charlie's bagels and breakfast selection, great food and always consistent. We order from here multiple times a week and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend this shop!
