I was there around 9 pm today 04/15/2022. The attendant here was not only rude but misbhaved also.She was literally abusing customer. I am shocked how someone on job can do that.Burgerking management should look into this.
Every time I go in the morning before work nobody never takes my order and then when I pull off I see they take the car that be behind me this is bad for business they don’t ever gotta worry about me spending my money here ever again
The employees were rude. The worst customer service I have ever had. The food was terrible. I do not recommend going to this restaurant. The management needs to correct this terrible situation.
Every single time i go here the manager is so rude! She is so rude man its such a shame. My husband went there and im on the phone listening to how rude she is when he’s trying to order. Idk what her problem is!
It's faster to go through the drive thru.People inside at the registers are usually trainees
Be warned that one cranky lady at drive thru fills the soft drink cups with mostly ice. After a few sips, without a straw since she didn't give one, i ended up with 2/3rds of a cup of ice. I refer to her as cranky since i said hello when paying, no reply. Then said thank you when i got my order, no reply.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars, because the food is made well and the restaurant is neat & clean, but some of the drive thru staff after 7pm are so rude. One woman in particular always seems annoyed to be taking your order. ?. Getting nuggets? She'll forget the sauce & then give you an attitude if you ask for it. Today she literally SHOVED it into my hand. Overall poor customer service

Had worst experience of my fast food life here. the drive thru girl was super rude and confrontational for no reason at all.actually had to leave without placing my order for fear that she would spit in it and go down the street to McDonald's. I truly wish for her to be fired cause customer service is not her thing.theres dozens of bad reviews that I can only imagine are her
