Please avoid this location..the absolute lack of customer service and common sense is not worth your money at all. They take your order while having a whole conversation with staff in the back. Pure teenagers who can’t get a simple order right. How can you ask me what sauce I wanted and didn’t even put it in the bag? Won’t be back to this location.
I was just there @ 11:55 PM,ORDER to go taker in drive thru was able to here me loud and clear and understood my order as I described let me and said we close at 2:pm on Thursday nights.
Be careful look at your accounts because I was charged twice on my bank account and I only purchased one time! Talk to a manager and the manager said no no no that I was incorrect? Called my bank and they said yes that I have to come in to fill out a form to try to fight it so now I have to waste more time which is pretty upsetting. I was immediately questioning it once the lady at the register held my card the entire time instead of swiping it and giving it back! Please look at your account so this doesn’t happen to you
Went thru the drive thru for 2 bacon, egg and cheese on a bicuit sandwiches and 1 sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit meal.Got home the idiots gave me 2 sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant instead.I was hungry so I ate the 2 sandwiches anyway.I've had heartburn, gas, diarrhea and cramps all day.Very disappointed.
It looks like the manager with glasses at night seems to be this location's issue. He took my order from the drive thru, never gave me the total, and I was missing a part of the order. I had to park and go back in to get it.When I got home, my sandwich was missing ingredients when I opened it. I know business has been rough, but don't take it out on the customers still coming in to support you.
They always get the order right and the BK french fries are always good herw unlike some other location. Plus it's cheap.
Amazing staff, the food is excellent and the restaurant is clean and well kempt. Hats off to the manager.
This happens all the time even the receipt we order 4.sandwiches and I come.home with 3. So tired of it. Called.them they don't care. I said thank god.last day today moving to bound brook and.food was much better there too. Bye bye bye
Came here for one of the influencers meal and apparently even with it on the menu I can’t order without a coupon? How about you put that as well in the advertising on the menu board, plus not to talk about the waiting line, this ain’t no fast food waiting in line for almost 45 minutes.
