Started coming here a month ago and I wasn’t really sure about it since it’s kind of far. It was a one time treat to get out after a long morning. I didn’t expect much at 11am on a Thursday. And to my disappointment the place was packed with people. I was about to walk out when I heard a friendly voice, “Hey guys, welcome- grab a seat over here I’ll be right over” the bartender called.We took a seat and expected a massive wait given how many people were there and that this one bartender seemed to be the only person working.And yet, we had beers immediately, an order locked in and our food arrived in close to 10 minutes.I made it back to work without taking a long lunch break. Can’t thank Stephanie enough for the quick service! She was great and now we come once a week!
Never had a bad experience here. I usually stop by for happy hour and Stephanie always does a great job keeping our plates and glasses full. Check out which days have what specials. My go to is the wings with the lemon pepper dry rub and buffalo sauce on the side. Cheers!
Went out for a couple nights with my boyfriend and his two best friends and their significant others and it did NOT DISAPPOINT!! I LOVED Amy’s ethusiasm and she was eager to assist as well as give advice on the Menu. She definitely has a check in my book and will definitely recommend!! 10/10 for Amy! The food came out hot and the drinks were up to par. Enjoyable night for the books!!
Been coming to this location for two years and the food has been better than ever lately. We stopped by on a whim a couple days ago... just looked again at the photos I took with my phone & figured I should post them! Our server Nikki was so much fun and very accommodating about something we wanted to substitute on the house sampler appetizer. I’ve always liked this spot but our recent time here really made us love it even more
Amy did really good, she handled our orders very well and stayed attentive while making sure we all got what we ordered. She was very fast and treated us well, and as always this location is very fast, would come back again. Very great personality too ??
The waiter Milton and manager Yuan were bribing people all night with $5 off in exchange for a 5 star reviews. Service was so terrible it was worth paying $5 extra to expose these frauds. Never eating here again, don't even bother sending me gift cards unless it's to another restaurant.
Waited 10 minutes for a seat with 5 people inside eyeballing me. I didn't realize they where all employees. I thought the waitress was just in the back. Na, turned out the people looking at me where all employees! One finally came and asked if I wanted take out, na I was waiting for a seat for 1 after a long day at work 530am to 10pm. Look to the franchise owner, are you missing out of business? Can't find staff? Pay more and get some better people in here and fire these people.
Horrible establishment. Walked in to watch the conference championship games on 1/30/22 and was greeted by a rude kid (the host) with a Seattle Seahawks puff ball hat. I mistakenly went to the bar area and tried to sit at the high top tables and was immediately scolded by this guy. "This isn't self seating we don't have servers here!" he says. When I apologized, he got loud with me and told me I would have to wait. This guy was horrible. I have never had to deal with such a miserable person. Why work in hospitality if you are so angry? I won't be returning to this place and I encourage anyone reading this to stay far far away. There are much better places in the area to watch the game.
I wish I could leave a zero not even for the food but the host that is working as of right now Sunday 1/30 at 3pm jump down my throat about sitting myself at the bar tops so we waited to be seated told us it's going to be 15 minutes. Now from working in the past at restaurants and covid I know a lot of places are short I said it totally cool if we dont have a server we can just order though the bar told me that's now how we do things and proceeded to be rude. Manager wouldn't come out to talk to talk to me and as I was leaving the host/server said good riddance I never dealt with someone more rude when I said I understand there is a shortage and I'm okay with waiting or getting up and ordering my own food. Lost my business
We dined in the bar area. Ashley our server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the menu with great and honest suggestions. (regarding heat levels of sauce)Ordered jalapeno lime, mango habanero, and garlicky flavored wings along with a wedge salad. Definitely needed a drink after the habenero wings! But yummy!My boyfriend ordered the brisket tacos which too were very good. ?
