The prices are high and the service went low. Inflation is an under statement here. 3 piece chicken dark went from 9.99 to 12.99 in less than a month. They had 4 people working on 1 order and didnt bother to ask anybody else if they were being served. So people are paying more for horrible service, well at least in this branch. RIP, not coming back here.

This location was the first time I got a cold chicken pot pie from Boston market, before I could finish writing this I found a rock hard piece of chicken I thought was bone ?
I drove from another Boston Market because they didnt have any chicken only to find this one closed 1hr early with two ladies still inside the building

I ordered my Thanksgiving dinner two weeks ahead of time and picked it up on a Wednesday night. We picked up our order without any issues. Staff worked quickly and were really nice.I was very disappointed with the food.We ordered half a ham and a bunch of sides.The Mac and cheese and the Mashed potatoes were disgusting. The mach and cheese was extremely runny and over salted. The mashed potatoes were 100% powdered mash potatoes. The creamed spinach was super dry. The quality of the the sides was unacceptable.
I just love their Chicken Pot Pie.
Ordered food online and showed up at promised time. Took 10 minutes to finally acknowledge me to only find out they never started the meal. Manager in the back looked completely lost. Food wasn't great at all
