I just purchased the crab fries. I was not impressed by any measure. The whole experience was poor.I ordered online because When I called it said it better to do it online and get curb access. When my order was ready I came and got it. So at least 10 min has passed since it was said to be ready. I got there and called to say I was outside and please add napkins and utensils. I waited over 7 min no one came. I went in nobody was working on curbside and my food was sitting there below the table. I looked in the bag no napkins nor utensils. I asked again the host wasn't very motivated to get it. She went to look for some and a few min later came back with it. No apologies for the wait or anything.I got my food and for one it literally was fries and few dashes of crab meat. There wasn't any shrimps as it said in the description.If they are saying that it was just to have the bang bang shrimp sauce then their menu is misleading. Also thr picture they had shown in the menu shows it was supposed to have shrimp with it. Mine did not. There was dashes of sauce on it ( they did supply extra sauced)The food was ok. Not what I would expect,as I mentioned poor experience. I would not recommend due to poor customer service and misleading menu.
Our server Stephen made the entire experience perfect from start to finish! Loved the corn and crab chowder and was happy there were vegetarian options as well on the menu. Will be back soon!
Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and reasonably good food. In an area plenty of options, this is one of the few ones I would (moderately) recommend.
I was pleasantly surprised. This was the first time I had eaten at Bonefish Grill. My two sons brought me to dinner. Wow!What a great experience. The food was excellent all around, as were the beverages. The restaurant was immaculately clean, and our waiter Anthony was knowledgeable, attentive, and courteous. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I will most definitely be back.
good martinis, shrimp salad and the volcano chocolate cake awesome. my friends and me were there just to have a birthday drink and we got all of that .
I’m a Many many years Bonefish loyal customerNo MORE !!!!I always gave them 5 starts for the food & prices.Service was always questionable….may be 3 stars.This time 1 star was too much !!!& that even we never been seated.So we came & had an issue with the front desk, we mentioned the issue, the manager came & told us we are rude….(she just showed up, never heard the issue & we were very polite)When we felt we are not welcome (party of 4), we left without eating.Next day we called to talk to a manager, the lady on the phone claim she’s LIKE an owner & I can tell her details (& recordings)…..After 5 min. She told me Thank you for letting me know.Never ask my nameNever ask for the date or time it happenedNever asked for name of her employee was involved….just dismissed us & hang up the phone.Bonefish…..Corona times, business is not easy.U have to treat every customer the best way u can.If u can’t…..u will not see me or my employee in Bonefish!!!!
I was having a rough day and decided to pop in to my local Bonefish Grill for a few drinks and some quality food. I ended up stumbling upon Sarah, one of the best bartenders I've ever met. Bonefish is always good but the service I received tonight put it over the top. Smokey Old Fashioned was out of this world and my filet with lobster tail was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is always cool and even when they're busy you'll feel at home. 5 stars from me and highly recommended.
Staff here was definitely doing their best to keep up with everyone given how most restaurants are short staffed nowadays. Service was superb and food was great, as always!
Benn there almost every Saturday for over 10 years. Male bartender gone. The 2 girls at the bar, one not happy at all and the other slow. They left dirty plates and didn’t clean bar at all . The regular manager was not on site. Food was cold. Soooo
A great experience. We were probably seated and socially distant from any other occupied tables. The waitress took our orders quickly. The food took slightly longer than expected to come out, but was delicious. Overall a great time. Good food and friend service. Our waitress was Chelsea and was great.
