We have been going to Uries for many years. Went this year and it just was not the same. This was a nice restaurant with good food. The menu is completely different and the food was not good at all. Such a shame because it was a Wildwood Landmark that was always packed with customers. We will not be going back. ?

Went there for the first time in over 20 years with our daughter and her family. Everybody had something different. Nobody liked what they got except our granddaughter, who had steamed clams. (How bad can you screw up a steamed clam?). I had what was supposed to be New England clam chowder. It looked like split pea soup, same color and consistency, and (probably just as well) had no flavor. My wife had what was always her favorite dish, crabmeat au gratin, which was so disgusting that she couldn’t eat it. The waiter was some kid who shouldn’t have been on the street after 5 pm and had to ask another guy for advice before he did anything. The bill was outrageous for the quality of the food and the service. Never again. .

We ate at Urie's this past Friday. This was only the second time in about 25 years. It should have been longer. The baked potatoes were over cooked, old & dry. The food was cold. I had stuffed shrimp and the stuffing tasted more like Stove Top than crab. I could have gotten bigger shrimp in Walmart. We got there 20 minutes after they opened they were not busy lots of empty tables and we still had a 20 minute wait for a table. This was there last weekend for the season and I don't think they really cared. The meals were way over priced compared to other better restaurants in Wildwood & Cape May. The waitress was very good and friendly. I am O for 2 with there meals. This place is not that good. I will not come back.

jambalaya soup was very spicy but was delicious. seafood Alfredo was very good. They only had snow crab to serve and we feel it was overcooked.
This place was fantastic!! First time here. We got there and the front desk told us 30 minutes for the wait. Not a problem. We only waited 15 minutes!!! The food was amazing! We each got a steak and I got some seafood- shrimp for the app and two 5oz lobster tails. Fabulous. Our server Emma was fabulous too. She was super nice and helpful. 100% recommend.

Went to get some blue crabs. There were none to be had. No sign, no posting on any social media. Nuttall! Girl said they had some reserved for special dishes, I asked if I could have one of them, and was turned down again. Called two days ago before I came and left a voice message for management to call me back. Guess what no response.
