I came here for breakfast on my last day in Wildwood, and this was by far the best meal I had while I was here! The staff was very kind and attentive while we were dining, making sure everything came out right and was satisfactory. The decor is lovely and they were bustling around to make sure everything was neat and tidy (we came in right around opening, it seems!). I never leave reviews, but our waitress very politely asked if we could. I wouldn’t have thought of it, but I’m happy to share when I had a good experience! Can’t wait to come back to Wildwood and to Pompeo’s.
This place is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the staff are friendly. We had breakfast here, I have to say I really enjoyed their fresh fruit bowls! I ordered another to go. Their home fries are delicious I really wondered what season they put on them, and their eggs were cooked to perfection and I’m picky when it comes to eggs, not over cooked, not too runny. Our waitress name was Sarah and she was a delight and tentative to ours needs. Will be going again

I took my family, adult children and grandsons to Wildwood for long weekend. We decided to try Pompeo's for brunch. The absolute worse service ever! Waited hour and half for our food. Then we had things from the meals we ordered. I spent $147, on okay food and poor service! Then tried talking to management about it but was told they were short staffed and waitress should have taken us because our party was 8. I might mention that there had been two other parties there too. When I asked to give me a break on the bill I was informed no way would he do that. Never again!
Do yourself a favor and walk right by this place, unless you want to start your day off angry, hungry, and without coffee. we were more than patient and understood they were short staffed, but to see your server on her phone while you're waiting for the coffee you ordered 20 minutes prior is unacceptable. We had to grab another server to bring us our coffee and out food came before the coffee! Their prices are astronomical for such shoddy service and average food. Avoid this place like the plague!
