The hot dogs here are different from anything you are used to. Delicious and top notch dogs like no ther place. You definitely want to get to Maui. Look for the habanero burger if you like hot!!!!
They have a nice outdoor dine-in area but no server. Menu is a bit disorganized and so was the ordering method. Food was ok nothing great. They hype their home made sauce a bit much where it's just not that great. Overall it was okey but not a place where I would keep coming back.
This place gets better every year! The dogs, burgers and sausage have always been number 1 but they have added fried flounder sandwiches on Fridays. Bangin’ !!! The whole family is super nice. It’s a must visit every time we are here in North Wildwood.
Saw this spot on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives a few years ago, wanted to give it a go a few times but my travels only take me to Wildwood in the winter, and Maui's is strictly a warm weather spot.Finally able to catch it open, and did not disapoint. Besides the hot dogs, where they seem to have a hundred combinations, there are also burgers, fries and salads, so everybody in your group can find something for them.Home made chilli was good on my dog, would definitely stop in again if I was in the area during the summer.
Excellent! A must stop for your visit. Vegetarian hot dogs on request. A full menu page for just hot dogs. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, and more. Their surf and turf is a hot dog with 2 shrimp. Lol!
Got a drunken horse, horsey, cardiac dog, cheese dog, and some salty balls. All in all $34 for all that and 2 bottles of water. Worth it good dogs, good food, and it was delicious all around. Definitely will come back next time im in wildwood again. The wife loved it as well.
Have to have my "sausage soprano" at least twice each season. I am addicted to it. It's slightly spicy, but not real hot. Of course I have to have some of the other items too Today I had the shrimp po' boy. Wow delicious. No matter what you order, you will never be disappointed. Everything is great, you can tell they use quality ingredients. It's a family owned business, and they are always fun to deal with, happy and welcoming. And eating out of a dog bowl is fun. Outside covered seating, always breezy even on a hot day. You gotta go!
Some of the best food at the Jersey shore. Way beyond the fantastic hot dog creations. We go every weekend and are never disappointed.
I found out about Maui’s Dog House from the food network a few years back. Normally we don’t vacation in Wildwood, but did this year. Maui’s was one of the places we HAD to try. Let me tell you, from the minute we got to the host stand to the time we left, we felt important and special. Maui and his pack know how to treat their customers and the FOOD! The food was so darn good we made a second trip there during our vacation. The hot dog choices are endless! There is seriously something for everyone. The pride that Maui, Liz and the rest of the employees show is inspiring. This little mom and pop shop will be on our go to places for years to come!
Have been coming here since they opened. One of my favorite spots for lunch in Wildwood. All of the staff is very friendly all different kinds of Hot Dogs to try and the fries are awesome. Can't wait till next summer to be back.
