Most slowest, most confusing, most unorganized Starbuck location and staff.If I can , I will give them 0000...it's all about them , not the customers.Sad place and unpleasant place .
Always order ahead on the mobile app, and usually if it isn’t ready the wait doesn’t go past 5 min. But yesterday ON A SATURDAY, on a beautiful sunny spring day they had ONE barista working on ALL orders, ONE !!! The place had more people and a longer line than peek hours for the bus. I ordered ahead as usual and had to wait 25 min for my two fraps. Cheers to Alice the barista who somehow managed to do it all on her own. BUT MANAGEMENT ! Wth is up with only one barista. One kid in the kitchen. One on the register and the other one washing containers. How is it ok to wait 25 min for coffee when u ordered 10 min ahead. ?!?
Order through uber eats and got a drink that came with inclusion, it got here and it looked like water. Sure it tasted good but atleast be smart enough to call the person who’s ordering and tell them that you don’t have inclusion for that specific drink. Very unprofessional
I'm a regular at this Starbucks location as I order a refresher and muffin every morning on my way to school. My order is always timely and correct. I do have one complaint though. I've received a faulty cap twice in the past week. One had two holes which I did not notice until I went to take a sip and it spilled all over my uniform skirt. The barista was very nice when I asked her for a new one. Then it happened again this morning but not only did it have two holes, it wasn't secure and flew off my cup as I got out of my car! This isn't very practical for commuters who can't focus on holding their cup a certain way so the cap wouldn't pop off or spill. I will continue to return to this location but ask that you check your caps before completing the order for pickup. Thank you!
Drinks are steamed too long (literally burnt) this is the third time this has happened. I always have to get an extra pump of Chai and still my drink just taste like burnt milk. Terrible!!
This is a great location. Parking is ample and baristas make the drinks pretty quick especially when you mobile order. The drinks taste so amazing too. They really know how to get it right. You can also enjoy a walk outdoors by the waterfront which is a plus.
The customer service here is amazing. Everyone is so fast, efficient, and friendly. They greet you every morning and correct any issues very efficiently. This morning I ordered my coffee to the wrong location and they quickly assisted me. They made my morning so much better . This location and its staff deserve to be recognized by Starbucks because not every location is this amazing.
Lot's of staff yet they took forever to fullfil my order as well as others. Very limited seating, thevonce besutiful counter with high chairs is gone. Limited desserts, sandwiches, bottled water, no yougurts. It was a depressive sight. Not at all the way it use to be. Hopefully soon all will be back to normal and they can redo the enitre place for our comfort and relaxation and the variety of items to eat and drink.
Incompetent clod at register. He took my order and entered it into register, he must have made a mistake because I saw him clear the entry and he asked me what I wanted again. I tell him...he enters it, only to ask me "what was that order again". Now I'm repeating my order for the third time, and he wants to know why I'm agitated. Because I've given you my order three times. It's coffee and cake, how hard can it be? Left without my order.
The customer service here is above and beyond. The baristas remember my name when I order my usual mocha coffee. They are engaging and kind. They are attentive and professional. I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone who wants a yummy drink and wonderful customer service.
