Very smooth and efficient at getting my order ready. Probably one of the fastest Papa John’s chain out there!
Absolutely pathetic I ordered pepperoni bacon salami and mushroom and I don’t think there was more than five pieces of meat on the whole pizza save your money or go somewhere else
Place an order by phone around 12:15am paid with card told me it didn’t go though told them I will pay cash then never received my order . Called back hours later spoke to the manager asking what happened with my order that I never received an got charged for told me that I didn’t get charged an the money was going to get reimbursed in three days asked him what happen with the decency of giving me a call back A call if they won’t going to deliver anything stood waiting for my pizza for an hour I was hungry didnt even tried doing anything to help me out claimed his name was Jose el dragon i no it was a bullshet name but it is what it is bad experience will never place another order from Papa John’s thanks to the bad service an bad experience that I received by phone .
They frequently give me the wrong order even when I specify what I'm getting and have hung up on my calls.
This place has gotten horrible, pizza always arrives cold,, takes longer than what they tell you on app, my last pizza wasn’t even cooked correctly. Horrible is all I can say, I am done with this place.
I ordered a large pie with extra sauce and got a pie with just crust and cheese no sauce at all, when I called back they wouldn’t help me resolve my issue and rudely kept hanging up on me. Finally I got someone on the phone and they promised me a refund or a replacement pie, I got neither. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pie in the garbage and I will be contacting corporate. Next time have the decency of not hanging up when someone is calling you because YOU messed up the order. Smh no integrity . No respect for that type of person.
The pizza from here is always really good the manager at the store has been there for years and pizza always comes out great!
Couldn’t get a simple order correct
Such a bad service, waited for an hour and a half, no excuse, cold pizza, off course it was paid for.Not the first time is marked as delivered, 20 mins before they show up. This location sucks, called and nobody answered for follow up or complaints, but every time i called for new orders they did answer, have been ordering for a long time and i just got tired of their misstreat. Movíng forward to another place. Please, do not call me offering free pizza, i can pay for my pizza, i need service. And obviously this location sucks......
