The music was very loud. The person who was not attending did not miss one of the orders. I called him and told him and he told me that we only ordered that, so we had to wait 30 minutes. more waiting for the next order to be able to eat everything together and he did not try to go to the kitchen since it was his mistake we had to eat the food cold
I am a big fan of PF Chang and have eaten in most of their outlets all over the states and the Middle East. No doubt their food is delicious, but I found the staff in this particular outlet racist! I am an Indian and found a difference in how they treated white guests compared to us brown people. When we walked into the restaurant, we had to wait for 20 minutes to find someone to get us a table and then when we ordered our food. We had difficulty getting hold of the staff. They left the food on our table with no cutlery or napkins. Do they expect us to eat with our Hands because we are Indians? Literally, in front of me, a white family walked in and sat at the table next to mine. The staff gave them good service, and they didn't have to beg like us. It's sad to see such things happening in today's gen.
We had edamame as a starter and it was good and portion size was more than enough. Singapore style noodle was delicious. Shrimp sushi was bad. It wasn’t rolled tight enough and it was falling apart while we’re trying to get it from the plate. Also rice outside wasn’t good enough. Cocktails were good. Overall good experience and prices were good. Would go there but not gonna eat sushi
They forgot ingredients in the dishes including brown sauce and just brought it to the table so we could prepare it.
We were greeted & immediately sat. It was our first time visiting this location, everything was great. We loved our drinks, I got the coconut mojito (sooooo delicious!) and my husband got his mule. Will definitely stop in when in the area! Love when a favorite restaurant of ours, has a great location far from home!
Food was pretty good. The music was loud. Mongolian beef is my favorite.
Firstly, my food was delivered in a ripped brown paper bag! Then, there were absolutely NO utensils, napkins or fortune cookies..And to top it off the chicken fried rice is burnt!Inconsistent, low class and shameful. Never ordering from this place again!
I love this place & the Manager Gabriel is always on point he is the best.I been coming here since 2014 the food is second to none & i love the Atmosphere
The experience at this location will pretty much depend on who you get as your server; ours was lackadaisical at best. The restaurant was pretty empty with plenty of wait staff so the poor service was puzzling. The requested condiments didn't come until we were nearly finished with our meal. Likewise, we wanted to order another round of beer with our dinner and tried to flag down our server but to no avail. Otherwise, the atmosphere is fun and the food is reliable in general.
