The Man who is taking the order the drive thru is disrespectful, rude and doesn’t have any customer skill. He is in the wrong job, a person who can not handle dealing with clients shouldn’t be working in here.

Try to make in order and explained that I have an offer in my phone the guy didn't understand what I was saying and just keep saying what I have to pay .he did not Understand too well english he got upset. And give me an attitude when I was the one struggling to make him understand my point.

This place is very unprofessional! I applied here and they told me that they were hiring. I applied online as they told me to do so and I got called in for an interview. He gave me the link to log into my account and I had to watch almost 50 long videos for training! Half was Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and donuts and the other half was baskin robins. I filled out my w-2 forms and everything. They told me I got the job and they even gave me the shirt and cap. The manager shawn told me that I’ll be in training for a week and that it’s unpaid. From there, I noticed it was a little funny. But I needed a job so I let it be. Within that week of training, Shawn had called me one morning and asked if I was able to come in and take a shift, meanwhile I was supposed to come in, in the afternoon but I did that favor for them. On my last day of training for the week, I went home and was expecting a text from Shawn giving me my schedule or when is going to be my first day of work. Instead, I got a message from him telling me how he spoke to the head manager which he also works for the subway on 58th Kennedy I think it was... and that they need people for the job and how the training there is paid. So I was very confused and I asked him why did he speak to the head manager about that if I’m working at the Dunkin’ Donuts and he tells me that they don’t need anyone anymore and he has to let me go. I was completely furious because I feel like they took so much advantage of me and I also feel like this was illegal. I will be making a complaint and doing something about this. I’m not sure how often they do this to other people or was it just me but If you apply here, I would suggest to be very careful and take pictures of you filling out paper work, anything! Because the manger is obviously very unprofessional and disorganized. How do you guys hire me and tell me you guys need people and after my whole week of UNPAID training, you don’t need anyone ? Basically just worked for a week for free. Woke up early for no reason.
Customer service is excellent they already know my order by heart since I come everyday for the same thing too large strawberry banana smoothie with extra whipped cream and formed Bagel twist no complaints matter of fact one time the container where was coming carrying the smoothies broke and they actually replaced it so like I said I don't have no complaints with them and so far so good....
If I could give less than 1 star I gladly would. I ordered a bagel only to be told there would be a 5 minute to 10 minute wait. So I waited even though I see now I should have just gotten a refund right then.
I asked for 2 donuts and only got one. When I went back to ask for it with my receipt, they denied me.
the girl behind the register with the face tattoo, she’s amazing, nice, and sweet. She knows how to make the drinks the best and helps the customers efficiently.
