every time i order coffee rolls and glazed donuts and they don’t have any of them , the place disgustingly smells like hot socks and that was the killer for me i won’t come back here never ! and people please don’t go to this store if you don’t like the staff they’re people like us they’re not machines working for you stop being an as*holes
then only downside is their workers change often and under training, so they don't know how yet get the coffee they was you want it, that comes with experience.
I’ve never had a bad experience here.. but I’ve also never had to deal with them being “closed” at 1:30am. It has to be a new guy doing this cause this NEVER happened, door’s locked and everything is going off in there with no one in sight for 30 straight mins. Rude and a waste of time/money tonight.
Anyone reading this review, don't go to this Dunkin, it's the worst. I ordered 4 sandwiches in detail. I received 3 correct and 1 wrong. (My sandwich to be exact) Past experiences always ended up the same way, something went wrong. Thanks for nothing because I also am calling to the store but no answer. Get better workers who can read an order and not mix it up. Last time I'm ordering from this location.

I was just at the dunkin at 59 sr west new york they were rude and the way they told me that I was not able to get a milkshake because they ran out of milk so how can they serve costumers when they ask a coffee with regular milk the spanish girl told me didn’t you listen we have no milk I will never go back there was a senio indian guy there he was no help also
I just placed an order for pick up. I specifically asked for different type of bread for sandwich and when I unwrapped to see it was the original bread and not the one I requested. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO PEOPLE'S ORDERS. This is not the first and I'm sure won't be the last time you continuously mess up peoples orders. I see how employees work in this location and it seems they lack the proper customer service and clear lack following instructions reading order requests properly.
