Why is it that when I order a pincho, they're burnt? Chicken, beef...doesn't matter! I'm talking 'shoe leather' burnt! Ask for a beef empanada, you'll get chicken! I gave them a second chance...NEVER AGAIN!! And, expensive!

I love everything including the shakes the food was great except the potatoes were not that tasty .....I had to ask for some salt to add for more taste and I wished they would deliver all over Hudson County that would be amazing and alot more orders would be ordered
February 9,2022 @11pm I called and placed an order to pick up asking for an Arepa with no cheese no sauce just lettuce tomatoes and onions. This is what I got. A arepa with nothing but sauce ? it’s bad enough they don’t have vegan options but the cashier was getting rube with me because i didn’t want to pay for that, but she told me if I don’t pay her manager would force her to pay for it. When I asked to speak with the manager she said there wasn’t one at the moment. The worse experience I’ve had at banana king , the one in Jersey city and North bergen are much better.
Food its good dont get me wrong. But it gets 4 stars because its slightly overpriced.
All in all place was pretty good. staff was friendly and Quesadillas were yummy..
it's alright, Colombian style beef patties. No ground beef empanadas. it's so-so.

Terrible service nobody there cares about special instructions with orders. I order Uber eats all the time from this place and they always make the same mistake never put utensils or any sauces when asked terrible and when you call to complain the lady just hangs up the phone
