Horrible customer service. Charged the wrong amount. Missing drink, sauces and given cold food. I called the manger and he said to drive back to get the drink and he will give me a “small fry.” Wow how generous considering gas prices and no apology. Quick tip: GREAT CUSTOMER service creates loyalty people!

When I order “baconator” fries, they should actually have bacon on them. Not a rubbery, soggy slice thrown on top
Emoloyee had us waiting for 5 minutes at the window, we said hello a few times because we did not get any acknowledgement. After 5 full minutes he said we are closed, at 1:25am (sign says window open til 2am). The car before us seemed to pick up their order at the window. Not sure if they randomly closed or discriminated against us. Not sure how a place like this is still in business.

My first place for a quick place to eat. Service is always great. Food is always good.
I ordered ahead using the app. The employees are very friendly despite the very very high volume of customer traffic that flows through. The food was hot and fresh.
There were two individuals that I interacted with while I was there. They were both very warm, courteous and friendly. I believe they were managers/leaders. Thank you, you made what normally is a solitary lunch, a really nice part of my day.
