Food was good. Young girls at counter could be a little friendlier...2 of them seemed like they didn't want to be bothered.
This place is better than a few other locations I have been to. Burgers are always fresh and tempura green beans are awesome.
Great prices and great burgers. I go ALL the time cause I work near by and I have yet to get a bad meal.
To start off, this restaurant is super clean. Very neat, chairs all in order, swept nothing on the floors, kitchen area spotless. Ontop of the appearance, Pam the manager is phenomenal. Over the top friendly, personable, and helpful. This lady deserves more than manager status. Excellent move by the higher ups putting her in such a fitting position. Highly recommend this burger spot, yeah the food is always good, but it’s the service like this that makes a place enjoyable
Ok food, but service has drastically declined in quality. Wrong orders, no ice cream (for milkshakes) for weeks now, and an overall lower food quality. Would rather eat at McDonald's. These problems seem to be only this location too. I have eaten multiple times at other Habit locations, and they did not have as bad service or food as this location.
I've never felt compelled to leave a review for fast food restaurant. But a phenomenal manager by the name of Pamela moved me to write this review. Very Friendly, helpful, warm and inviting. The food lived up to it's billing as well. I will definitely return. Great job Pamela. Great find Habit Grill.
Me and my brother both got food poisoning from eating here, the burgers were not fully cooked. We’ve been vomiting for two days, do not recommend at all
Today was my first time & I will definitely come back. The food is amazingly delicious. Beside all the delicious food they serve a side of the best corn bread I ever had. The portions are a great size. The environment, service, & food definitely deserve more than 5 stars.
They were great! I ordered the wrong thing by accident via door dash and when I called the restaurant they were able to send my burger for me without any issues ! The woman I spoke to was very kind and sweet . Thanks !! Highly recommend them
Food is actually pretty good, when you get ur order. I said no cheese at least 3 times. Guess what, was cheese on my burgers. Food is always hot, fresh and seasoned great. Definitely cooked to order not pre made.. A bit expensive, no one smiles and the order is accurate like 50% of the time. But, the food itself is very tasty.
