Got long Island iced tea, steak and salmon all from the skinnylicious menu. The food was ok and standard quality, and the iced tea exceeded our expectation. Great brown bread as well - soft and sweet. However, the utensils were visibly dirty… and that cancels out all the good parts.
Service is alright, but the food quality needs to be better here. The wait was very miniscule compared to other Cheesecake Factories, which is a plus. When we were seated, our table was still dirty and greasy from the table that must've sat last there. The server was nice and was very attentive. However, when we got our food, it was quite disappointing. The first red flag was that my partners burger was raw. This was replaced, but came back out as rare instead of medium like requested. Secondly, the chicken was cold inside my fried chicken sandwich, which is concerning. The waiter was very nice, however for a restaurant experience, I would go anywhere else and get a better meal than I did today. Not worth the price IMO.
This is not to say we haven't had good meals here. We certainly have. But to spend nearly $250 for a family of 5 it wasn't worth it. We went early on a Sunday evening to beat the crowd and were seated right away which was definitely nice as they can get quite busy. After that, the wait was long. Overall, we were there for over 2 hours. The pasta in my daughter's chicken marsala brought new meaning to al dente as some cracked when you bit in to it. The amount of chicken were three very small pieces which looked like someone split a chicken breast in half and then into 3.The pasta in my other daughter's chicken and broccoli was ice cold. The chicken in my piccata was ridiculously thin, over cooked, and dry. Don't ever get mac and cheese as my son did with a NY steak. It was bowtie pasta with what looked like some cheese melted on top. Once you pick the first piece of pasta off with some cheese on it, the rest was just dry pasta in a bowl.On a positive note, my wife did enjoy the fish tacos. The calamari and spinach dip were good. The desserts are always good.
Jessie B our waiter was absolutely amazing. He deserves to be a manager. Nicest waiter I have ever had. Food was great to. We will be coming back. Please give Jessie a raise.
My Mom chose to celebrate her birthday here. The 5 stars goes to Sey and the chefs who prepared our food. Sey was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her customer service was top tier. She was attentive to each person in our party of 9. She made the night extra special. The food was delicious. Everything came out hot and was very delicious.
Appetizers and cheesecake were really good. I got the fried chicken sandwich which was not really good it had no flavor unfortunately.
Haven't been to cheesecake in years. I used to love this place but with life and covid its been years. I was excited to go back and give it a try and needless to say lesson learned will never step foot in this place. I'm disgusted reading all the reviews about roaches, and lack of cleanliness. Our table was dirty and sticky. The food was cold and the waitress sucked. She kept walking and walking around but unless we flagged her down she didn't know she had to come to us and ask us if we needed anything. The other waiters in the area kept coming to check on their tables so I don't want to hear that it was because they were busy bc the other tables were doing just fine with their waiters. She had an attitude when we reminded her about something. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting they were almost like gas station bathrooms. When the food was brought to us we told the runner that the appetizers never came he rolled his eyes an walked away. I would stay away because the microwaved food is over priced, the service is terrible, the place is dirty it has nothing going for it.
Don’t waste your money.. The cheesecake factory is not a low budget restaurant, however lately they’ve been serving low budget food!! $74 is not a little cost for Horrible service and dinner!I had to send my food back three times, finally they comped the wings after I complained…however the whole meal should’ve been compensated for. OR A fresh plate could have been given to us …. The steak and the wings were sent back to the kitchen, everything was completely salted to the point where the salt burnt your lips. The mac & cheese balls were burnt & the sangria tasted like the fruit went bad. The only positive about this visit was that we were able to get good tasting cheesecake. Which is not on this bill because the server after we express our frustrations to him/her didn’t offer us anything else as far as desserts or anything, he/she was completely checked out we didn’t get any silverware initially and ended up trying to use a butter knife to cut the steak. The server kept pulling down his/ her face mask to speak … very unprofessional. The server went to get a manager but no one came back.. we left a small tip as a general courtesy, however as long-standing customers we expected more from the Cheesecake Factory.
As I’m eating a ROACH crawls out of my salad. The manager walked over as if this was a regular occurrence and offered the meal for free, took my information and that was all…. That was far beneath what I deserved for the experience. We waited almost an hour for our food nonetheless. I am truly disgusted and in shock. The wait staff was wonderful however. I am so sorry they have to work in such an environment.
Food is good, service could be a bit more prompt but all really nice . They do not take reservations over the phone or on their website only accepting reservations on YELP. Great music, nice lighting, great dessert of course if you like cheesecake lol go for the apps as your meal...Buffalo chx strips, pretzel bites w/ cheese and mustard, avocado egg rolls, bang bang chicken or ?, and of course the Thai lettuce wraps always a good backup. The steak burritos are a good choice if they have them. The kids Mac n cheese is delicious too!
