as a graduated high school student who spent all my lunch days at sunrise i have never been disappointed once with their service. i LOVE their blueberry bagels and cream cheese. not only the bagels but the salads, sandwiches, ect. i wake up every morning to get my daily bagel ❤️
The breakfast burrito was good. They make them fresh. The people are so nice.
Sunrise Bagels are top notch, their bagels are just that good. They have friendly staff, clean environment and very inviting. There is always a line and that tells you how good their bagels and sandwiches are. You will not be dissapointed.
Ordered a “Turkey Swiss Ranch Wrap”, did not come with lettuce, tomato, or ranch. Just Turkey and cheese. Also ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with fries a month ago, got cheese fries instead but so was still charged for a grilled cheese sandwich.
They get my order wrong every time. They mix up the bagels and meats.So today I go back after another mess up and the woman behind the counter gets snippy with me. She starts yelling that I should be happy with what I got and that they’re busy! No apology. No, ‘the customer is always right.’ Three strikes and you’re out. I like supporting local businesses, but I’ll never go there again.
Every time I come here my order is wrong. I order breakfast sandwiches and they’re wrong. They just did it. I get home, check my order and it’s wrong, then when I go back and explain it, I get yelled at. They always mix up the meats and the kinds of bagels. They’ve done this the last three times. They rush, and aren’t patient. Bad customer service to boot. Three strikes and you’re out. Will never go here again.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and go to Bagel Loops instead. Although it's cash, my order has never been wrong. Anytime I order something other than a cream cheese bagel at Sunrise, it never comes out right. I usually order the Taylor ham with provolone cheese and almost every time, I still get American cheese. I bring it back to get it fixed, and its done in such a hurry that it's almost so unappetizing to eat. The egg yolk is all over the foil, the bagel is sliding out of my hands from the yolk and grease, and there's a sliver of the correct cheese on 1/4 of the bagel. I kept giving this place another shot mostly out of convenience of being able to pay with a credit card and that they'd fix it but at this point, its not worth it. Especially after today, where the original and the "fixed" order was messed up. Seriously, go literally anywhere else.
