Generally a decent Starbuck unless you order something “different”. Employees don’t know how to handle it and it doesn’t seem like there is a knowledgeable manager there.
The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and worked efficiently.They made our drinks with a smile.

Their drinks are usually on point. But their music is very loud, to the point it feels like they don’t want people sitting in there for more than 10 minutes.
Employees are always really nice and considerate. Overall I prefer this Starbucks to the other one on Hamburg. The only thing is the drive thru lines always take long to go through but I guess that’s expected
I ordered a drink from here and everything was fine. I sat in the cafe waiting for my name to be called and then the person who was behind me was called 3 times. I didn’t think anything of it and just thought my drink took longer to make. I say there waiting for a while until I finally went up to the counter to ask when my drink was coming. Then I saw my drink was on the counter. I asked the barista if she called my name and she didn’t say anything. When I asked her again she didn’t answer my question and just said “ok??” I was being polite but I didn’t understand why she wasn’t answering. I asked another barista if she called my name but she said “no I didn’t but I did call ****other name****”. She called the other person three times because they weren’t there but never bothered to call my name. I didn’t make a fuss of it and just left but I don’t get why my name wasn’t called at all. I left feeling really hurt about it
Such an amazing location, everything is nice and the inside is clean, the music was great and I stayed for a bit to do some work and not many people were there.
Drive thru is unbelievably slow. 4 cars ahead of and I waited exactly 36 minutes. I couldn’t bare to wait anymore this morning so I drove off.
Something happen About this branch drive through it was very quick last too 2 months take me 20 minutes to get my order too much
