Superb- FRIENDLY STAFF
I was so shocked on Saturday when the barista in the West Bell plaza Starbucks became very agitated, unnecessarily loud and aggressive towards me after asking her to please fix my drink and a simple misunderstanding. As I stood there in shock, the shift supervisor Jayson Zelaya came over immediately and begin to profusely apologize for her behavior, as he heard and saw everything. Though she was so inappropriate and rude, Jayson was so nice. He came back moments later with a free drink card and said that he had reprimanded her behavior. Jayson even gave me a free iced tea and cake pop. He definitely went out of the way to make me feel better. Thank you Jayson!
Never a problem here at all. The baristas are always a delight and helpful. They make my drink perfectly and sometimes even better than that. It's very rare these days to have an issue. The line can be long at times and block some of the spaces but that's no one's fault. They're in a very popular location so this happens.
While they always make my beverage the way I order it, the Drive-Thru is sometimes so crowded it makes parking difficult, too.
All the baristas here are off putting and extremely rude. I understand it can be a little overwhelming at times but it’s not a reason to be rude to customers who are just passing by. A smile or two wouldn’t hurt.
Starbucks are nice coffee shops , however if you have an allergy you have to check what you receive, most of the Baristas not take the right order,.
I came to this starbucks last night to get drinks for me and my family, after a long wait in the drive thru line, I was presented with one of the worst starbucks employee attitude Ive ever seen. I was laughed at repeating my order multiple times, the lady messed up my payment for the order multiple times and pinned it on me for telling her that I wanted it that way. The drinks were bad which is fine, I understand not every barista is created equal, but the customer service was the absolute worst. The employees are talking to each other at the drive thru, getting orders completed in a very slow matter. The work was terrible, very inefficient, the drinks were terribly handled, and the customer service was an absolute nightmare. If I could give this review a negative star rating I would.
Outdoor seating for the nicer weather and cozy indoor seating for the colder weather. There is a slower turn over due to the endless line at the drive through and not all the add-ons for drinks are available at all times.

Super slow ! 15 minutes waiting just for a cup of coffee in the drive through ! Ugh ??
