The two associates working today at noon were exceptional. I had a gift card that wasn't working and they went above to make it work. Thank you for the extra attention!!!!
This one is also a favorite one for me to buy my coffee.Sometimes the line is super duper long , but they work very professional and with a happy face all the time.And anyway you never get boring there while you wait for your drink because is in the mall you just sit and have fun!

The mananger here is so rude he sees me standing in line only person in line mind you and has a full blown convo with his employee I waited til he acknowledged me standing for over 2 mins didn't greet me just asked what I wanted I will never come back to this one if I'm shopping in the mall his whole demeanor from this experience sucked and rubbed me the wrong way
