Let me tell those who read this comment, this place is the best of all the ones I have visited to this day, do you know why? because the bathroom and the establishment is very clean and tidy and the staff is very friendly
You have a coffee shop worth a million dollars and you don’t know how to serve a fresh cup of coffee to your customers. Not happy at all. The coffee I ordered probably brewed from 3 hours

I order through mobile. I never had my order wrong, But I have recently. I received a hot coffee when it was supposed to be iced then let them know and it was wrong again so at that point I was just tired of it and left. It’s more then once when I order through the line they give me a cappuccino Instead of a Frappuccino. They really don’t read the sticker or make sure if everything is right
It's ok but I hate that they took the condiments table away like that was a super spreader for covid. Restaurants are back to normal in NYC but sitting with your coffee will get you infected lol. Saps!

Stopped at Starbucks for some water. Asked for a Trenta, the cashier was ringing me up but the shift supervisor, de who was counting tills next to her, decided that they are only doing tall waters today (clearly they are not getting requests for venti/trenta waters if he had to teach her then and there and she was about to ring me up with no problems)\\n\\nI guess spending $7 daily isn’t enough to warrant me anything bigger than a tall water. First time I have heard this and I visit multiple Starbucks in the area. Next time I’ll make sure to ask for a trenta iced tea, no tea since they cannot afford to give any water out.
Usually have a good experience at this location but not today. Yes, it was busy - as this store always is, but that's not an excuse. I politely asked for our drinks that were sitting on the side, being passed over for orders placed after ours. When I pointed out my drink was a different size than what I ordered, the barista held up the cup & pointed to the size printed on the label. Didn't offer to remake it, just looked at me. Again, I get it, it's a busy store. The barista who rang us up had already left for the day (while we watched our drinks on the counter), so I couldn't talk to him. Mistakes happen, but I didn't appreciate the condescending look & tone. Didn't make a scene, just took the drinks.
No matter if its tea, coffee, or refreshers, they always make my day a bit sweeter☺️
