First time at shake shack and really enjoyed the service! Pleasant staff and good food. This guy in particular was great and I enjoyed the whole experience, which is so hard to see these days!

This location always gives their 5 star best in customer service! It’s not your average fast food as far as that , they have always time and time again been so patient for our complicated orders , the staff is always smiling and it’s really clean and well kept , just wanted to take a second and thank the staff … they know why … Denny had an awesome birthday thanks for making a Thursday night special for him
Great food, awesome service, and clean restrooms. It’s a win all around for me. I mean the burgers were something serious but their chicken nuggets will def give Chick-Fila a run for their money. Tbh my daughter said they were better? Shake Shack y’all just made me a believer!!!
Always loved shake shack. It’s my favorite classic style smash burger joint. And the one in Wayne doesn’t disappoint. It’s a little on the pricey side compared to other burger spots but it’s worth it.
First time at shake shack and I did curbside pickup. I ordered the chicken shack and it was amazing. The breading wasn’t too thick. It was seasoned well. The bun was soft and pickles were crunchy. The herb mayo was just right and the fries were perfect. I will be back. I enjoyed every bite.
So Five Guys has a competitor now! Unfortunately, they aren't in my area, but believe I will be back when I return to New Jersey. Super delicious menu, additional options at little to no cost, divine crafted cool beverages such as the chocolate cream pie shake OMG! I'll tell you the staff was fantastic and the establishment was just about pristine. Slightly pricey if you come in with a "something fierce" appetite (like I did), but delivers on satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend this stop and go or eat and Flow burger joint. Classy and fun!
For people who love spicy the smoke shack will not disappoint. Fries are good and they have options to put cheese and bacon on it.Also they have some good desserts options as well.
The manager woman sorry didn't get name is soooo nice. I have called before because Door DDash will not let you change toppings etc on burger. only on chicken. I called Wayne and she was so helpful to give what I wanted. Then I got a text, the order went to the Paramus NJ store on 17. They never picked up the phone. I called Willowbrook back to say so and she offered to call them to correct it. AWESOME!!
Horrible!!!!! Entire order was incorrect. When I called the store they told me someone would call me back….no one ever did. I’ve been back and forth with customer service providing details on how wrong it was and the best they can do is $25 off next time???? I don’t want to go next time….this place is unreliable.
