came during rush hour, the man worker walked away from customer and had bad attitude with customer in the front. unprofessional worker!!! two stars for the worker in front, poor girl.
$13.60 something for this sad looking *kids meal size* portion. , out side poster doesn't show price and their menu doesn't show price either,. if 13 dollars I would have walked right back out.I remember going to salad works everyday for their Newport salads. Quality, portion, service, all went down and unsure how saladwork are operating in the 2022 market. Wonder who will come and take their business
I don’t usually write reviews but I was just so disgusted by this that I had to say something. I ordered a Buffalo chicken salad and a steak sandwich. The Buffalo chicken had no flavor and when I opened up the sandwich (which did not look appetizing) I found a sticker inside. A sticker in my sandwich! So gross. Employees obviously don’t care and it shows. I definitely will never order from this place again, and I suggest you don’t as well. Overpriced for terrible food!

I got a salad and asked for grilled chicken. No grill for warm salads. They warmed up their cold chicken in the microwave. It was disgusting. It is overpriced as well.

I come here every few weeks when I am in the area and every time the salads are fresh, well made and the employees are nice. My most recent visit though showed me how well managed the place is. I had forgotten my wallet in another jacket and didn't notice until time to pay. The owner was sitting behind me and overheard me. I was ready to apologize and walk out being I had no form of payment when she told me not to worry about it and to call later with a credit card. She didn't ask me for my information or even my name. Simply trusted me to call back with a credit card which of course I did. That is excellent customer service. Again, thank you Tatiana!
