Whoever runs this location...should run other locations. I've had Q in 3 other places in NJ. This one in Wayne is superior. How can that be? I guess the manager knows what the bleep they're doing with the food prep. Only this location from now on for me. Excellent.

Great food, but horrible customer service when it comes to mall employees. I am always given a hard time from the same man that works when I go to lunch. I told him where I worked in the mall and he did not believe me. He is very arrogant and rude. He should be taught how to treat mall employees that spend their hard earned money at this establishment
I hate to say this but very bad service. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I am a black woman, and the workers are not. The lady there was very rude and acted like me ordering was a problem. But the customers behind me, she greeted. There was a guy and girl that took care of my order and this makes me never want to eat there again.
We just got a mini Chicken bowl..It was so mini that thier was nothing there..Horrible customer service skills.."It's called mini's"Sorry "

I ordered a burrito, the wrap broke into pieces when he attempted to wrap it. I told him it was breaking into pieces and he just looked at me as if I was still going to purchase it. I just walked away.
BELOW IS ATTACHED PICTURES OF WHY I DONT CONSIDER YOU TO EAT HERE !! I would give a 0 star if i could !!!!!!!! Honestly the worst customer service ever i went to buy a chicken quesadilla and a bowl of rice and beans with chicken come to find out while im eating i find a metal bracket in my food !!! Gods honest truth on top of me finding this i almost died if i didnt chew before i swallowed my food i spent 20$ on two things i chipped my tooth while biting on the metal bracket luckily im alive and my chip tooth wasn't to bad or i wouldve sued honestly any one that gets food from here needs to INSPECT THERE FOOD THROUGHLY !! I wont be eating at qdoba at all !!! And the reason why i couldnt sue is because my lawyer told me it wouldnt be a case since i dont have bodily injury but im leaving this review to make it aware that qdoba does not inspect there food and you should go else where !! To eat !!!! WORST EXPERIENCE
Just terrible. The staff is rude, they apparently can't serve simple things like a side of rice or side of chips, and can't even give a side of salsa. It's too bad, food tastes great, but everything else ruins it. No point putting up with this when there are so many other options at the mall.
Food was fresh & delicious. It's a bit expensive though so be prepared to pay high prices which is usually how it is for mall food.
